This is one of those rentals that would benefit from an owner actually stopping in every so often and evaluating the need for basic necessities and minor repairs.There is nothing glaringly wrong or bad here. It's secure and has a good location, the apartment itself is a standard layout with a nice bathroom, good shower pressure, air conditioning that works perfectly, and a comfortable bed.My first night I realized there was no bedside lamp, only 5 hangers in the closet, and the sofa is stained and shedding cheap down filling, with feather quills constantly poking you.I bought a cheap bedside lamp and 10 more hangers along with a bathroom night light, all of which I left in place. The sofa grunginess/shedding/poking issue was literally covered up by laying the extra blanket from the closet over the cushions, but it could be fixed by someone removing and washing the covers and vacuuming up all the feathers that have worked their way through the liners.There were some other minor issues like one of the bedside tables is partially broken, but really, everything here could be easily fixed with an afternoon of focused cleaning and repairs.
