This huge four-bedroom house is perfect for your summer escape to Philadelphia! Whether it is the FIFA World Cup, the MLB All-Star Game, or the 250th anniversary of July 4th, this 2500+ square foot home is in the PRIME location. It is less than a block to the subway, with a five-minute ride to either the sports complex to the south or City Hall and the Parkway to the north. Plus, we are right in the middle of the best food neighborhoods in the world!

Enter into the main floor, an open design featuring a sectional with three recliners and a 75" Roku TV. Back from the living room is the dining area, with standing cocktail tables to extend the huge kitchen. The kitchen features all the amenities and has a 50" Roku TV. The floor is completed by a half bath / powder room.

The second floor has two bedrooms. The west bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a canopy and a queen-sized convertible futon. The east bedroom has a queen-sized inflatable bed. Between the bedrooms are a beautiful full bathroom and a laundry room with a washer, dryer, ironing board, and drying rack for delicates.

Up to the third floor, the property is anchored by a full-floor master suite with a king sized bed, standing desk in an office area, outdoor deck with magnificent views of the sunset, and a large bathroom with walk-in shower and two-person tub.

The finished basement includes a HUGE 150" Roku projection system for all of your sports and entertainment needs. The viewing area includes a second ultra-comfortable sectional with three recliners and three HUGE beanbag chairs, popular with kids of all ages. The basement's bedroom area includes another queen-sized inflatable bed.

There's a propane grill in the back of the house, where the parking lot also serves as a social hangout area. Parking in this neighborhood has been described as a nightmare... but not for you! The house has TWO parking spaces in a private lot, which coupled with the subway offers quick access to the entire city.
