CHECK OUT POLICY:
Standard checkout time is 10:00 AM. Late checkout until 12:00 PM is only permitted if approved in writing in advance.
Guests must vacate the property by their specifically authorized checkout time (either 10:00 AM or 12:00 PM).
Any departure after the approved checkout time, even by a few minutes, will result in a $100 late checkout fee to cover cleaning team rescheduling, operational delays, and impact to incoming guests.

PARKING:

Note: For safety and security, surveillance cameras are located in the building’s hallways and monitor and record activity 24/7.

PETS:
Please note that pets are not allowed in the unit. If a pet is found on the premises or evidence of a pet`s stay is discovered, the reservation will be immediately cancelled, eviction will be enforced, and a $500 penalty will be charged

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are strictly enforced in the building from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during this time.

OTHER HOUSE RULES:
No more than 6 guests are allowed in the home at any time
No parties or events permitted — violations will result in a $1,000 fine, immediate cancellation, and eviction
No smoking or use of illicit drugs inside the unit
No open flames or fire of any kind allowed in the unit
No loud music or disruptive behavior inside the home
Do not disturb neighbors under any circumstances during your stay

Any other house rule violations (excluding parties) will result in a $500 fine per incident, collected.
