Cumplió nuestras expectativas. No fácil de llegar al centro si no dispones de transporte propio. No dispone de lavavajillas y no había un estropajo para poder lavar los platos. Zona residencial y confortable balcón para disfrutar de un café.

It was a safe neighbourhood. I love the free parking and its proximity to the city. I walked around this area around 1am and it was perfectly safe.

This place was so homey and cozy! Plenty of street parking out front and easy access inside via door codes. My room was really nice and clean. I even had a burner to make a quick dinner which was pleasantly unexpected. Great place to stay

We had the honor of staying at this upscale location for a five-night minimum. The deluxe bedroom was just that—a deluxe experience and the provided amenities we needed. The location was within walking distance to a McDonald's, Acme, and a laundry mat. None of our needs went unmet. The staff were also too easy to get ahold of.  I'd recommend to first-timers and would stay again.

I was pleased. It seemed like a newly renovated space. They did a great job with the decor and the check in process was seamless. We will be back. I did have to pay a damage deposit before receiving my check in instructions, which was no problem.

Pretty quiet residential neighborhood with really nothing in easy walking distance, but tons of easy street parking so if you have a car, great. Best part is the proximity to the park and the Mann Music Center, which was what brought me to town! The host was SO helpful and SUPER easy to ask anything, with virtual immediate response! A stay!!

Place was nice, came into town for concert so this apartment took care of our needs for an overnight stay. The apartment was very clean and tidy, but outside the apartment there was a lot of garage in streets and surrounding places were not kept up. Again, this place was great for our purposes, but I don’t know if I would book it for longer than one or two nights. The only complaint I have about the apartment is there were some cobwebs in the ceiling that should be cleaned up.

The apartment was clean and spacious. Cooking utensils, some plates/bowls, and a limited amount of silverware were provided. Bed linens and provided towels/wash cloths were clean. There were a couple pre-existing minor damages in the apartment. I notified the host upon arrival, and they offered to send a representative to the property immediately. We declined as they were minor (e.g. broken slats on the blinds and a loose hand towel hanger), and did not affect our stay at all. Communication was good via text messaging. Overall, we were looking for a place to use as home base so we could explore Philadelphia with our kids for a long weekend. This property worked perfectly for our needs.

THEY DIDN'T REFUND THE SECURITY DEPOSIT. I has been waiting for 25 days and they didn't respond any email. You don't see any person. You are asked to pay an incidental fee (by Venmo or Cash Ap) to get the access code on the entrance of the property. I checked the unit and I sent them immediately the maintenance problems in the apartment, but they didn't respond. The day prior the check out, I received an email saying: "As part of our checkout procedure, guests are required to write a review and provide us with a copy in order to promptly receive a refund of their incidental fee. Failure to do so may result in a delay in the refund process." Maybe they think the guests are their employees, demanding a report. Of course I sent it, but no answer. Some problems in the property: no black out in a bedroom, a curtain is missing and another one is broken in the other bedroom, two curtains are broken in the kitchen and other one is broken in the bathroom, a bed is broken and it's supported by several pieces of wood, the sheets look worn and wrinkled; walls, carpets, chairs, armchair and pillows are dirty and stained, a wooden table and stairs have been beaten, one smoke detector is missing, the baseboard is in bad condition in some areas, the reception in the low floor has no curtains, the sink in the bathroom doesn't drain well and the towel rail has not been correctly installed and it moves (it has been badly repaired with glue).

The property was well appointed and comfortable but a deposit for a one night stay seemed excessive. (More than the room itself) They also made the trip stressful by not communicating how we get in until check in time. A “we will send you a passcode at TK time”would have been nice. We spent a ridiculous amount of time looking for tv remotes that didn’t exist. Luckily my son is in tech And figured out that we had to use our phones to operate the televisions. I had texted asking about this and they never responded. They did however send a “quiet time starts at 9” e-mail AND text when we were out. I’ll stay at a hotel next time.

Good place

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was close to central Philadelphia, in a nice, working class neighbourhood. It is on a busy side street, but it was quiet at night. This is a nicely renovated old town home, with good amenities. We really liked the full kitchen, with a full fridge. We would stay there again.

The property was nice and in a good location but we had a lot of communication problems with the managers. We weren’t sent check in instructions on time and when I called to ask them to send them the manager said “as we discussed yesterday you’ll get them at check in” and I had to remind him that we paid for early check in and should have received them already. When we arrived the property wasn’t clean and the poor cleaning lady was so embarrassed that we arrived before it was done. She did as much as she could but you could tell the rugs were never vacuumed. It also rained one day and there was a massive leak in the ceiling that left a huge puddle on the floor. A quick google showed us the property was for sale and it felt like the owners didn’t really want to deal with the property.
