Not the best experience
Upon arriving the unit was very hot, after a quick inspection it was realized that the condenser line to the HVAC system was frosted up with ice, I reached out to the property manager (which seemed to consistently be an automated response) and was told property management addresses orders as they are received and that it could be 24 hours. This would have went into my second night (I was only staying 2 nights). My one night there it was very hot and the unit ran constantly which was very loud. I decided to not stay my second night and asked for some type of refund. After a little back and forth I was given 50% of my second night back, which I didn’t think was enough. Also the space was advertised as having a hair dryer which I didn’t pack so after my shower I realized there was no hair dryer. I was not happy with my stay or how the HVAC issue was handled or the generic type responses I was receiving from the property manager.
