The flat was spacious, clean, and easily accommodated our three guests. Street parking worked out fine, even after a historic storm dumped snow on the city streets. The neighborhood had a residential feel, but also had nearby coffee shops and restaurants. We hope we can come back to this property next time we return to West Philadelphia!

The house is located in a relatively quiet part of the city. We never had any problems moving the family back and forth from the car and the house.The interior is very clean, modern and spacious. Our family of 5 had plenty of space to spread out and sleep. We were very comfortable at the property.We also appreciated the location of the property - it is very close to a lot of the city's attractions, like the Penn Museum and the Art museum. Parking - you are dealing with city parking. Some streets require permits to park for longer periods of time during the day. The roads are also relatively narrow. Parking spaces are tight and sometimes hard to come by. We were able to find a space every time on the same street as the property.

10 out of 10. Best property we've ever stayed in. Beautifully decorated, more than enough space, and very comfortable beds. There were more than enough towels and the cabinets were fully stocked with dishes, trash bags, etc. It was a very pleasant experience. We were about 15 mins from everywhere we needed to go.

This place was good for a short trip to Philly. However the people upstairs were loud a little before 6 and kids running around like crazy all morning. Very easy to hear and sleep. Other than that is was fine for what we needed.

Beautiful property!

This apartment is beautiful and so clean! Also the decor is gorgeous! The only issues we ran into was trying to find parking but that’s typical for a city. Also remember to save the check in code and check out details before you get there. The service isn’t great there so we had trouble accessing the app to get the code and then the WiFi was down when we tried checking out. Luckily their checkout list is very simple so we didn’t miss anything! I highly recommend this property!

Great West Philly location

The house was just as advertised. The host was easy to work with and the location was outstanding. Close to everything, but on a lovely residential street in walking distance to everything we needed. We especially enjoyed sitting on the front porch before and after our daily excursions. Highly recommended.

Festive and welcoming!

Holiday lights and decorations made it easy to find this lovely home. Special touches like a well adorned tree in the entry and throughout the property made it feel like our home away from home. The downstairs bedroom with wall tv was perfect for me, nice and cool where my dad could be toasty and warm upstairs. The beds were a variety of firm and soft and everything was perfectly clean. The neighborhood feels safe and parking was a breeze. We highly recommend!

Family Weekend in W Philly

Great - very clean, comfortable beds, provided crib (very helpful as our group included a 6mo old) and a few kids toys. Convenient location in West Philly - near family we were visiting. Renters should know there isn't a family/hangout room - couch/TV are in kitchen. This was fine for our group bc we were out and about all weekend.
