The room 2R is extremely noisy, mainly form the ventilation of the neighbouring Carpark building. They should have stated it clearly in the property description. Maybe somebody wouldn't mind, but I couldn’t stand.
The room should have double window panes to soundproof the terrible noise.
Shower head is dripping and making an annoying noise like a clock.
Air conditioner is making loud noise. as well as the refrigerator.
The service is so bad. No access code given and I could not open the door. No phone number I can call. I sent an email and waited for half an hour for a reply. It was so cold and nowhere to hide. I was just standing outside.
They said they’ve sent me message through Verbo but not entry code was mentioned.
The photo in the entry instruction is misleading, there are three rows of lockboxes, not two rows as shown in the photo. And that took me another 20 minutes to figure out in the cold dark place.
In conclusion, terrible noise not mentioned anywhere in the posting, bad customer service, difficult to communicate. And absolutely no refund. I ended up going to another hotel to sleep.
