I’ve stayed at this location several times when visiting Philadelphia for work. It’s very convenient to my workplace, and the apartment complex itself feels secure and well-maintained.However, there were a few issues during my stays. On my most recent visit, the code provided to enter the building was incorrect, and I was unable to reach anyone at the main office. No one returned my calls, and I was only able to enter when another resident happened to hold the door for me. There was also trash left in the hallway when I arrived, and it was still there when I left several days later.During my first stay, which was in the middle of summer, the air conditioning was not working and could not be turned on. I contacted the representative, who said maintenance would need to fix it. It took about three hours before it was resolved, and no one followed up to let me know the status.Overall, while the location and security are excellent, the lack of communication and follow-up from management, as well as some maintenance and cleanliness issues, were disappointing.
