“We stayed in June (winter) so may have felt different due to the cold weather. I can imagine staying in the summer more opportunity to use all the facilities available including the outdoor pools, basketball courts, and outdoor spaces. The restaurant was not open on the days we were there (Sunday evening arrival, stayed Monday). Our purpose was to see the penguins so we didn't mind too much. Cowes is very close and has lots of supermarkets to pick up needed items if necessary. There is water...

“Sadly turned up to a very cold room took a while to warm up, the restaurant, room service and bar was all closed with being winter (something we don’t experience in the uk) none of which was highlighted on the website. The staff was amazing put us into a better room complimentary bottle of wine so it was what it was but having known we wouldn’t have booked”
