“I stayed here with a friend for a long weekend - we enjoyed ourselves immensely! Highlights were listening to the birds, the scent of the sweetgrass, a soak in the hot tub, and using this as a home base to explore the lovely coastal towns nearby. Jess left excellent and helpful instructions. We planned ahead for cooking on the induction burners/air fryer and the kitchen was pretty well appointed. We'd recommend a visit to Point Arena for two excellent bakeries - Franny's and Pelican Bread. Also...

“You’re renting the location, and it’s fantastic. It may be the Northernmost most homes under Sea Ranch management. Smack in the middle of Gualala. NOTE: There is no cell service in town, so screen shot any check information you may need. There is a public wifi network, but it’s painfully slow. Afternoons in the back deck are wonderful. “Great home, immaculately clean, great layout w/ lots of space and cozy furniture. Well stocked and maintained. Home is older and shows some wear (scuffed floor, sliding patio doors hard to open, some visible water staining on windows, etc). However, none of the cosmetic issues affect the comfort of the stay. Location is also amazing, oceanside trail right out of the back door. Beautiful ocean view from most windows and balcony.. I would definitely stay at this property again. ”
