“Lovely roomy inn in South Bristol, Maine on Christmas cove. The hosts Alex a nd Freddy were very friendly and welcoming. My room was spacious with a private full bath. There is a tower you can go up to via several staircases to an amazing view overlooking the water and pine trees. The made to order breakfasts were delicious. Lots of beverages available at anytime. We had some nice conversations. They are still remodeling and redecorating some areas from their new owership a year ago. ”

“Our week in Maine at Stonehouse Manor was even better than we had imagined! We found ourselves at a beautiful B&Bin an historic home, close to wonderful Popham Beach, local trails, and an easy drive to Bath.The setting of the house is incredible and rooms and bathrooms are comfortable and updated.Jane’s hospitality brought another level of enjoyment and comfort. “We stayed in the small cottage behind the main house from which we could see the harbor through her lovely little flower garden. We only made it to one breakfast but that one was delicious. she was always friendly and helpful.”
