“I stayed for 11 nights, and the place was very clean and cozy. It feels luxurious. Having a washing machine was a big win. The staff are very kind, and the security made me feel safe. They helped with everything I needed and delivered whatever I asked for. Two things to note: there aren’t many kitchen items, but if you ask, they’ll bring what you need. Also, in the shower, lower water pressure gives hotter water. Overall, it was perfect! Definitely will stay again if I come back to Siem Reap”

I was the only guest at the hotel during my stay, an atmosphere of complete abandonment. Terrible is a compliment! How do Hotels.com allows the registration of a scam like this? Outrageous and extremely expensive for the service provided. ”
