My room had a major leak of water into my room and woke me up from the air conditioner at 2AM ,and I had to shut off the air conditioner so the room was stifling ,the hotel staff took over hafl a day to fix it and I was given no compensation . Also the room di not have a desk of any type to work on ,had to get a fiolding table put up and a regular cahir brought in ...,very ppor design for any busines travelers ,

Ich hatte die Mekong Suit und der aufenthalt war einfach unbeschreiblich, der Ausblick ist atemberaubend. Das Personal super Freundlich und auf Aufmerksam, wenn man extra Wünsche hat werden diese sofort umgesetzt. Est ist schwer es in worte zu fassen aber mein aufenthalt war einfach Perfekt. Sehr zu empfehlen das Rosewood in Phnom Penh

何度か利用させてもらってます。高層からみる眺めは気持ちがいいです。部屋も基本的にはいい。朝食は今まではビュッフェ方式でしたが今回は注文式。食べたいものを頼まないといけないので面倒くさい。あと、残念だったのは部屋の掃除が行き届いていなかった。ベッドの下の汚れが目についた。

An amazing anniversary staycation
Everyone made us feel like we were at home. It was an amazing second wedding anniversary and even our 15 month old son didn’t want to leave.

パーフェクトです。部屋は綺麗で快適、高層階にあるためメコン川を見下ろす眺めが素晴らしいです。朝食も大変美味しかったです。同じ料金レベルの東京のホテルに比べ、施設・サービスの質が圧倒的に高く、東京に比べると1/3くらいの料金で済む印象です。非常にコストパフォーマンス高く感じます。 ホテル周辺には、すぐ歩いていけるところにEXCHANGEモールというショッピングモールがあり、テナントにスーパーマーケットがあります。飲食店も何件かはいっていますが、魅力的なレストランはありません。観光名所の王宮や博物館から少々離れていますが、トゥクトゥクで片道３−５ドル程度ですので、観光にも全く支障ありません。

個人的にはプノンペン で1番
雰囲気の良いホテルでした。 部屋はデザイナーズルームっぽくて良い。 高層なので景色が良い。 ベッドから景色が見えるので一人ではもったいない気分 浴槽からも景色が見えるので良い。 スタッフも良かった。 朝食も美味しかった。また、機会があれは利用したいと思うホテルでした。

A stunning property and fantastic way to celebrate a special occasion, room was spotless and service was great. The only thing we spotted was the in the spa they don’t seem to refresh towels and dressing gowns for new clients... we had massages in the same room two day in a row and when I went to put the robe on the second day it had my key card in it that I lost the day before. Given the level of service else where I was surprised at by this.
