“A great accommodation in Phnom Phen! It offers really large apartments, a small pool and gym on the rooftop and a great restaurant at the ground floor. Clean and comfortable, well functional AC. Could have wished for a more fully equipped kitchen as it has limited plates, cutlery and glasses, a couple of more towels for the pool, and some shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower. But all in all a perfect stay for a family of four. Easy to get around with tuk-tuks. A plus for having some toys...

“I had a very enjoyable stay at Arthur & Paul in February 2025. Check-in was simple and straightforward, and my luggage was carried to my room. The room was very comfortable and clean and I enjoyed using the outdoor balcony. The included sauna and steam room are a fun place to relax in the evening. The swimming pool is a pleasure to use as is the hot tub where it is mandatory to be naked. The included breakfast was delicious. “Had a wonderful stay. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was spacious & clean. Location was right in the downtown core with plenty of food choices. The staffs were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Will definitely come back when I visit Phnom Penh on my next visit. ”

“Big and great room. Very intelligent thought out design of room and building. Didn't like the bed because it was too stiff. Couldn't have a good night sleep for the whole week. Air con was not cleaned and so I had a difficult time breathing and it was making my throat sore. Finally to many bugs entering my room. Other than that it was a very elegant room. Wished the table was bigger and that's it.”
