“Our family had a lovely stay in Phoenicia at the "cozy bungalow." It was very pleasant to walk to town and the bungalow itself was indeed cozy. Enjoyed the sauna probably even more than expected after a long (cold, rainy) hike. Host provided excellent communication for any concerns.”

“We enjoyed our relaxing stay at this super cute well designed home. Our son played in the river/creek and fished all weekend. Great spot to read, relax and enjoy the fire in the winter months. Well stocked and nicely renovated. The outside of the home is more worn but overall very good stay. Also enjoyed a few nice restaurants. ”

“Stayed here to attend a wedding at Spillian. The location is very close... FYI... I recommend that you plan to drive to the venue. The home is cozy and the host communicated t/o the stay in case we needed anything. LOVED the covered porch off the kitchen... so relaxing with the creek flowing behind the property. As a bird watcher enjoyed watching the red-winged back birds and swallows near the small pond. We even briefly spotted a hummingbird! ”

“We loved the home and location, was a bit disappointed that a washer and dryer were not available but upon reading the house information again I realized that a washer and dryer were not listed so that’s my fault. The house is about 1 1/2 hours from the Bethel Museum that covers the Woodstock music festival. The museum is awesome. The scenery is beautiful and lots of hiking trails. Unfortunately for us it rained the entire trip.”
