When I saw this property online it seemed great. It had the pickleball court, the beds to sleep everyone, the pool, the outdoor bbq, etc. That said, our experience wasn't. When we arrived there was garbage left all throughout the outdoor bar that we had to dispose of and it stank. Then, we had hired chefs to come to the property and when they arrived the BBQ was not working and one of stonetop burners did not work. I reached out to the property manager to come fix the issue and they said they would send someone over, but never did. In addition to this, there was a 4 hour period where the house had no running water. We couldn't shower, make coffee, etc. In addition to that, one of the toilets was not working when we arrived and despite reaching out to the property manager multiple times, they never came to fix that either. Next - The property manager reached out to me after the stay was completed and they asked that I give them a 5-star review but if I had any issues to reach out to them directly. In the spirit of trying to handle the problem in a professional manner, I restated all these issues (which they already knew because of our constant contact with them throughout the stay) and said that I felt that we should be compensated back part of the cost we paid because of all the issues/missing amenities. Rather than responding to any of my messages or follow-ups, they charged my card for 2,000 USD without notice. Our issues were service related on this property
