Clean quiet location...close to grocery store and restrauants.. Master bedroon bed very comfy..guest rooms could use upgrade to beds...lots of kitchen tools for cooking..warly in the season so pool was a bit chilly...I woukd recommend location for

The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking breakfasts and dinners. There are lots of grocery stores nearby. And the house has easy access to the 101 freeway. Beds were comfy and clean and bathrooms were spacious. The single-level house with step-in shower was great for my mom who has mobility issues. A couple minor complaints: the carpets were stained and the only access to the house is through the garage. The battery on the garage door went out one night and we couldn't get in. We called and texted the host, to see if there was a key somewhere, but didn't hear back.

The location is good, the neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The beds were not comfortable; one had a broken headboard, another had missing or broken slats, and it had a queen-size mattress on a full foundation. The king size four-poster bed that was 4 feet off the ground was a real joy climbing in and out of. The sheets were old and had pils all over them. There was no toaster in the kitchen, the utensils were a mish-mash of the cheapest things they could provide. I found a pair of steak knives that had broken handles and were rusted. The guest bathroom leaked the toilet and clear tape was used to stem the leak. It was gross and disgusting. There was a small charcoal BBQ that could only fit 3 hamburgers on it, not good for a party of 6. But that didn't matter, it was such a cheap one it didn't work properly. The stove and oven worked well, which was the only thing we could cook with. This was by far the worst VRBO rental I have ever been in.

Spring in Arizona

Property and Home was comfortable. Some of the Light switches were not Hooked up correctly but according to property owner, they were in the middle of a reno when we were there. Pool is unheated and normally in Arizone that wouldnt be a problem but it was unrealistically cooler when we were there but didnt deter my Alberta Canada children. At the end of the day, This was a great property to Stay when out galavanting in the Phoenix Area, Close to All the Ammenities we wanted to See and Do.

Springbreak Getaway 2023

Stayed in this home over springbreak ( Mar 21-29 2023 ). The home is Quite comfortable for what we needed it to be. There were a few things that didnt meet our expectations but all in all i wouldnt let it disuade anyone from staying there and enjoying some time off. The Master Bed was Comfortable.. A little squeeky but comfortable. The spare beds were comfortable as my kids never complained and slept soundly thru the nights. The kitchen had ample pots, pans for what we were cooking and all the Appliances worked. The Pool was great... a little cold but way warmer than the layer of ice still on any pools here in Alberta. We definetly would stay here again
