Perfect location for access to everyday needs and the best sites around the area, including northern points. Home is cute and clean, very spacious with great furnishings and a very refreshing pool/spa area. We loved our stay.

This Southwest themed home was perfect for our family getaway! We loved swimming in the pool and playing billiards. The kitchen was well stocked, house was very clean, and having a two car garage was nice. We accidentally left a bag at the house and Erika went out of her way to make sure we got it back. What a wonderful host!

You have got to book this place- it’s a darling hacienda with all the comforts of home. Pool and hot tub- walking to distance to Kierland and Scottsdale quarter for shops and restaurants- Erika - the host is beyond incredible- she’s there for you for whatever you might need- I would give this place the top rating all the way around!!

We had an amazing stay! The property was exactly as described, spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Erica was incredibly responsive and made everything easy from check‑in to checkout. The home had all the essentials (and plenty of thoughtful extras), making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our favorite part was the backyard oasis. The hot tub was very relaxing and drinking our morning coffee in the sun was serene. The location was convenient and peaceful, giving us the best of both worlds. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful Arizona experience!

Del and Erika was outstanding hosts! Their home was super clean, lots of little amenities such as snacks, waters, soaps and lotions. Erika reached out to me just the right number of times to ensure I was able to access the property and that everything was in perfect shape for my stay. Would highly recommend this property and these hosts.

Great house great location!!

Erika and Del are amazing hosts! Their house is a perfect reflection of Arizona, nestled in an amazing location among restaurants and shopping! Perfect house with everything you need and we really enjoyed the pool table room! Would highly recommend staying here!!!

My husband and two children stayed for our spring break. The owners were very communicative and answered all questions promptly. Home was very clean and well stocked. I would definitely recommend staying here. We had a great time staying here.

Not five stars

When we arrived and from the next several days there were numerous house flies in the primary bathroom. It took 3-4 days to finally be rid of them. On the first weekend we changed the sheets. The mattress protector (no mattress pad) looked like someone tried to wipe up blood from hear to foot on half of the bed. A few days later there was a woodpecker on the roof going at it early mornings and evenings for 4-5 days. I texted the owner and she was good about getting a pest control guy there. The last couple of days with the woodpecker, there was some type of possible rodent (roof rat?) down in the wall clawing away furiously trying to get through the sheet rock. That went on every night for 4-5 days. I had to pound on the wall to get it to stop for a while to get some sleep. I video/audio with my cell phone and let the guy listen to it. He said he would set some more traps. The loud clawing finally stopped after several days. But he pest control guy said he didn’t get anything in his traps.On 3/9/24 I noticed a little device on the night stand. I guess I thought it was an alarm clock but I flipped one of the switches and it lit up with the message “camera off”. You mean the camera was on for 4 weeks? What? In a VRBO. The host said it “was not activated” or something to that effect. I told her that didn’t make me feel any better.As far as the free TV, that was a joke. It was Visio free TV which is ridiculous. I had to join Paramount plus to get two NFL playof

Lovely Property

We stayed a few days in between visits with family in the area. Everything was quite lovely, clean, and modern. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked with what I needed to cook full meals (including a slow cooker!). The BBQ was clean. The neighbourhood is great for a morning walk. Highly recommended!

Very nice home in Scottsdale

This is a very well laid out home with easy access to local sights. We traveled to Canyon Lake, and Gilbert with ease. We went to the Zoo Lights, the Botanical Garden light show, a hot air ballon ride and checked out some Frank Lloyd Wright homes. Close to two major supermarkets and downtown Scottsdale also. Home has a swimming pool and outdoor area that is very peaceful and serene, a pool table which we played on quite a bit and a well equipped kitchen. Overall one of the nicer homes we have stayed in. Owners were very attentative and considerate of our comfort and any wants or needs which we appreciated. We would 100% rent this home again! Thank you Erika and Del!!

A true Paradise

From the moment I booked and had a question the response from the property owner was incredibly fast. They were absolutely amazing to work with, and I appreciated their extra effort! Their home was beautiful and just perfect for the four of us. My daughter loved what she called the reading nook. My son loved the pool table, and we all loved the pool and hot tub in the backyard! We had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen as far as utensils and pots and pans. There were plenty of towels and linens. They provided toiletries for the shower. Everything was spotless. We had plenty of space and the kids each had their own room which they loved. We loved the location because it was close to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely stay here again!
