Welcome to Backyard Basecamp, a 7-bedroom North Scottsdale vacation home for the whole crew, with room for up to 17 guests! Make a splash in the private pool, unwind in the hot tub, or challenge the crew on the basketball and pickleball court.



Inside, keep the fun going with arcade games, pool, ping pong, and foosball. A kids’ playground, putting green, fire pit, and outdoor dining give everyone plenty of ways to play, relax, and hang out together.



The Space:

Picture this: the whole crew scattered across a resort-style backyard, some cannonballing into the private pool, others sinking putts on the putting green while the fire pit gets going for s'mores after dark. This 7-bedroom, 3.5-bath home in Scottsdale is built for exactly that kind of trip, with room for up to 17 people and enough games under one roof that nobody argues about what to do next.



Inside, the chef's kitchen, living room, and dedicated game room give the whole crew more places to gather and play. Outside, the resort-style backyard brings together the private pool, hot tub, putting green, hoop and pickleball court, playground, fire pit, yard games, and poolside lounging.

This home is best for big families and groups who want room to spread out. It's a two-story layout with stairs to most of the upstairs bedrooms, so keep that in mind if stairs are tricky for anyone in your group.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home and its indoor and outdoor spaces, including all 7 bedrooms, the chef's kitchen, living room, dedicated game room, and resort-style backyard with the pool, hot tub, putting green, pickleball court, playground, fire pit, and games.



The only restricted area is the locked owner's closet.



Guests enter the home using the keypad.

POOL HEATING:



* Pool heating is available for $100/night

* Pool heating is recommended between October and May

* At least 3 days' notice before arrival is required to heat the pool

* Pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay



HOUSE RULES:

* We kindly ask that guests refrain from hosting parties or events at the property

SECURITY CAMERAS:



Exterior security cameras are installed at the front entrance and above the garage and driveway for quality and security monitoring purposes.



GUEST VERIFICATION:



To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.



Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.



DAMAGE WAIVER:



Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
