We loved this house. It was a great space—a little quirky, but in a good way, with lots of space for everyone to spread out. The kitchen is terrific, and we loved the huge refrigerator and freezer. The outdoor space is huge and would be wonderful for entertaining — though I guess you’re not supposed to have parties at VRBOs? I wouldn’t know, because my partying days are over, but our group was in town for a funeral, and it was wonderful to have enough space outdoors for local relatives to come over, sit and chat. Neighborhood was pleasant. Two thumbs up.

Great stay in Chandler

We had a wonderful stay here for three weeks. The house was very clean, comfortable beds, it was the perfect location for getting around to all areas of Phoenix. So many restaurants to choose from. Connie and Fernando were excellent to communicate with, thanks for a great stay!

Great place to stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this home. We rented it for a whole week and had various family members come and stay with us. We paid extra to heat the pool and hot tub, which was worth the cost for February. The kitchen was very nice and stocked with all the appliances and utensils you would need and we also used the grill multiple times. The only downside was that there is not a bathroom in the downstairs level even though potentially 6 people could stay down there. So the downstairs people had to share a bathroom with another room upstairs. Plus, we were only given two rolls of toilet per bathroom (4 rolls) to last a whole week, so we ended up having to buy toilet paper and paper towels. One suggestion I would make, would be to purchase more board games for the place. They only had cards, Yatzee and Monopoly. That would be a nice touch. We loved our stay though!

Too many hidden fess

They ad errors heated pool and hot tub. They do not tell you off additional pool heating fees until 1 week prior to arrival and they certainly did not disclose that you can’t heat the hot tub unless you pay the pool heating fees. I booked this specifically for the heated pool and hot tub, very disappointed in that. Otherwise the property is great

Beautiful!

This property is just as advertised. It's very well equipped and has lots of space for everyone. The pool is great, and the property manager was very responsive when we had questions about the pool heater. We loved the neighborhood and it's easy to get to restaurants, stores, etc. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again!

Excellent Property!

The house had everything we needed and was conveniently located. The kitchen is very large and had all of the things you would need to use efficiently. The house is very spacious and clean. The pool was great and was a must during those +100 deg days. Casago even tried to contact me to make sure we had everything we needed and to offer assistance if needed. I would definitely stay here again if it's available during our next trip.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very modern, bright and airy. Loved having the pool. We did pay the extra fee to have the pool heated and that was worth it because we had a fun time hanging out in the pool. The pool was a little tricky to figure out though to try and keep the heat on. The video on the ipad didn't work for us and we needed to contact management but we seemed to get it all figured out with them. We would have benefited from more shampoo and soap. Also we were wishing they had room darkening curtains since the light in the morning wakes you up early. It just helped us to be early birds and get the day started :). All in all a great stay and we would stay here again.

Very Nice House

The house was nice and we loved the kitchen. The living room is spacious and there were large flat screens in the bedrooms. We also enjoyed the ping pong table. Swimming pool, and basketball goal. Fun family spot.

Family stay in Mesa

We enjoyed the roomy and beautifully updated spaces in this home! The pool outside and the covered patio were the perfect spaces to complete and compliment the beautiful indoor areas. All the beds were super comfy and offered a wonderful, restful sleep.
