    Casa privada en un lote de esquina. Vistas a la montaña desde el frente y el patio trasero. Minutos a pie de Western Star Park y South Mountain Park.

    Patio trasero construido para el entretenimiento con gran parrilla de madera al aire libre / pozo de fuego y piscina para nadar.
    Enorme sala de estar y sala familiar con chimenea de leña.
    Dormitorio principal de gran tamaño con vestidor y su propia sala de estar privada. Cama king size con colchón de gel / espuma.
    Dos dormitorios más, uno con cama de matrimonio y otro con dos camas individuales, colchones de gel / espuma.
    Dos baños completos totalmente remodelados.
    Garaje completo para dos autos y dos espacios adicionales disponibles en la entrada.
    La casa ha sido completamente remodelada en 2019.
    TV de pantalla plana de 70 ", Netflix y HuluTv disponibles. Conexión inalámbrica a internet.

    Accesibilidad:
    Fácil acceso a tiendas y ubicación céntrica en Phoenix Metro para conducir cómodamente al centro de Phoenix y Scottsdale. El aeropuerto y el centro de Tempe y ASU están a 15 minutos en coche. Fácil acceso al comercio minorista.

Home was clean and comfortable with everything you need for a great stay. Lots of outdoor seating to enjoy the sunshine and pool. Neighborhood was quiet and in a great location. The owners were super friendly and accommodating.

Calin and Jen were great hosts-responded very quickly to any questions-we stayed for 3 weeks House was very comfortable and clean -great location in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to a park/tennis courts and great hiking trails(Pima Canyon Trailhead) while also being convenient to highway, grocery store and restaurants-we enjoyed our stay and would stay at their home again!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is very close to miles of hiking trails. The house is very clean and well stocked with everything you need. Owners were very good with communication before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great House and great communication!

My family enjoyed our stay at this location. The owners were fantastic to work with and had great communication with clear instructions for checkin and departure. The home is well stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. I would stay here again!

Cactus House experience made our trip extra special. Beds were medium- firm but comfy, bedding & pillows were soft & cozy. house was clean, amenities in kitchen made cooking a breeze & even came with a crockpot. Pool was refreshing and fire table at night brought ambiance to relax from a busy day. Neighborhood is quiet & full of beautiful foot hills to hike and or enjoy scenic from the front or back patio. Hosts Calin & Jen were awesome!! So easy to communicate with, and even checked in on us a few times via messenger to ensure our stay met our expectations and reminded us they were available for anything we may need. The house sits on a corner with epic Mountain View’s, near by park, walking trails. Conveniently located just blocks away from Restaurants & stores but tucked away like a hidden gem in a beautiful quaint neighborhood in the mountains. We will definitely come back to stay at the cactus house.

Perfect for our Christmas trip

The home had a great location. It was very clean upon arrival and the property owners were very attentive to our questions and needs. Check in and out was simple and we plan to use the home again for future trip to the area.

Fantastic Cactus house

The Cactus house is spacious, clean, and beautiful. The pool was so fun for our little family. We loved sitting by the fire, amongst all the cacti, and using the outdoor grill. The house was everything as listed and more! Thank you we absolutely loved it!

Great place for dogs

We are 2 retired couples each with a small terrier. Great place to stay. Secure back yard, with propane and wood fire pits. Huge pool. Great hosts in Calin and Jen. Love the neighborhood- good eating and drinking nearby.

Perfect!

The house and location were perfect for hiking and close to outlet malls and other attractions we were interesting in. The house and yard were clean and well equipped. Jena and Calvin were very responsive and easy to communicate with. We had an amazing stay.

Great property and terrific owners!

We had an amazing stay at the Cactus House. The pool was refreshing and the house relaxing. It's spacious and comfortable with perfect amenities for an extended stay. We loved the step-down shower in the master suite. We'll definitely be returning to enjoy it in the future.

Absolutely Perfect!

Our long weekend getaway at Jen and Calvin’s was absolutely perfect. The place was very clean, very comfortable, and well appointed. The neighborhood was very quiet and the location was close to the airport, restaurants, and shopping. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful. We’ve added this to our list of favorites and will be back!

Cactus House

The house is justly named since there are numerous cactus on the property. Our stay was wonderful. The house was spacious with plenty of area to spread out. We loved walking around the neighborhood in the evening. We always felt safe. This was a nice home and we will stay here again.

Amazing house!!!

This property was excellent for my honeymoon with my wife! We loved the private pool, especially since my wife wears the hijab, and no one could see her swim! The house was spotless, and it had some valuable supplies for cooking and baking. I would return here if I ever needed to stay in Phoniex again!

Phoenix rental

Beautiful home! It had a well appointed kitchen, comfy beds and ultra clean!! Jen and Calin are easy to converse with and checked in a couple times during our stay. Highly recommend the Cactus House!! Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Spring Break Getaway

This house was the perfect getaway for our northwest family. We found a lot of beautiful hikes nearby. We got out and explored Phoenix and Scottsdale for some shopping and food. We spent most of our time at the house lounging by the pool. The fire table was so nice to have in the evenings. Everything was well stocked and comfortable. We will be back!

Lovely South Mountain gettaway.

This house is quite nice for a couple and a family. Our family joined us for about 4 days and we all enjoyed. Beds are comfortable and the amenities are sufficient for a nice visit. My wife and I stayed on and hiked the nearby trails almost daily. The trailhead is accessible with a 15 min walk from the house but there are many other trail sites a short drive away. We all enjoyed the museums (the Musical Instrument Museum is special) and restaurants. Calin and Jen are superb hosts.

A Perfect New Year Getaway!We just returned from a wonderful 5-day stay at this lovely property over the New Year holiday, and we couldn't be happier with our experience!First and foremost, the host was incredibly responsive, answering all our questions in a timely manner, which made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The house itself was immaculate, featuring a minimalist touch that created a calming atmosphere throughout our stay. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful labeling of lights and important information about the house—it made everything clear and easy to navigate.The location was fantastic, conveniently situated near a variety of activities, restaurants, and shopping options. We loved being able to explore the area and take advantage of all it had to offer. The neighborhood was quiet, providing a peaceful retreat, especially outside of the New Year’s fireworks!Having garage parking was a huge plus, giving us peace of mind during our stay. We also enjoyed the outdoor space, which was serene and perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring.Overall, this property exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Moved Youngest Daughter from NJ to AZ, ASU

The Cactus House was perfect for our family as we moved our youngest from New Jersey to Arizona to attend ASU. Conveniently located within fifteen minutes of the campus and within a 1-3 mile radius of any and every store you'll need to find last minute items for your college kid's dorm! IKEA, Target, Home Goods, Costco, Sam's Club, Walmart - you name it- it's close by and worked out well for us. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable and Jen and Calin are very communicative and responsive to anything you might need. Would highly recommend to anyone moving a kid from out of state to ASU!
