Great place for Spring Break!

Location was awesome! Neighborhood was safe and nice! The backyard was the highlight of the house, but the house overall fit all our needs. Had plenty of the things we needed during our stay! Would stay here again.

Enjoyable family time

We had a wonderful stay during spring break. The pool was a welcome benefit of our stay enhancing our getaway. The home is fully stocked with all needed items in combination with a fabulous kitchen. The owners were quick to reply with our questions. We truly had a grad time!

Perfect for our family stay!

Our family had the pleasure of staying at this rental house, and I have to say, the backyard was absolutely the highlight of the entire experience. It’s a spacious, well-maintained area with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The heated pool was perfect. The house was comfortable and clean. Owners were quick to respond with answers to our questions. Highly recommend!

A great house with a heated pool

We were a group of seven adults that stayed for five nights. Plenty of beds and each couple had their own room. We opted to have the pool heated and it was impressive how warm it got even with the cooler February nights. They have lots of games and amenities to keep everyone entertained. The hosts were easy to get ahold of and had the house very tidy and well organized for us. Will stay there again!

Great neighborhood close to hiking and easy access to airport

This is our first stay in this home but not our first stay in this neighborhood. We have family that live in this neighborhood and it’s a safe, quiet neighborhood. This particular house is one block away from a park with lots of play equipment, basketball court and sand volleyball court (not the nicest court, but good enough to play on!). My husband and I like to start our day hiking on the trails that are only a half mile from the doorstep. You can pick from a variety of trails on the preserve, easily can do 4-7 mile loops. We also enjoyed the pool (it actually did stay at a very warm temperature and we visited in December) and outdoor amenities. Our family of 4 was very comfortable and spread out, this home could easily fit the 8 people listed. While we didn’t use it much the game room was fun too. Would definitely stay here again! Very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, thank you!

Amazing Family Winter Getaway

Jennifer and Nico were amazing hosts. This home is everything you could ask for to enjoy a family winter getaway. We stayed for 2 months and took advantage of all the amenities offered, including a heated pool which our grandchildren loved. Walking distance to a huge playground and access to hiking trails. Great location for access to AZ51 for shopping, restaurants, attractions and more hiking. The home was well equipped and exceptionally clean. Our hosts reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. If you're looking for a great home for family with everything you need for a great vacation, this is the home for you.

High expectations delivered and then some

We've all stayed at properties that the build up of excitement far exceeded reality when you checked in. Not this time. This place exceeded our expectations on every level. The house was beautiful, activities for kids & adults were plentiful (close to hiking, heated pool, yard games, indoor games, TVs throughout, on & on), Jennifer was very responsive, and it was apparent they thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this property!

Amazing Golf Trip at Amazing house

House is is gorgeous with tons of amenities and perfectly situated location to everything within Scottsdale. Jennifer is a great host who is very responsive to questions and focuses on making sure your visit is perfect. Highly recommend.

The house was great! Lots of little extras (forgot your lotion? They have it!). 15-20 minute drive to anything you may want to do but you may actually not want to leave the amazing pool/back yard area

Paradise

We were escaping 2 feet of snow in the NE and we’re delayed a full day and a half including being stuck overnight in Chicago. All of our stress and frustration melted away the minute we walked through the front door - and when we hit the backyard and relaxed in the heated pool - heaven. The space is fabulous - the kitchen a dream and the master bath - heaven. The shower was invigorating and the tub relaxing. Quiet family location central to everything - stores, restaurants (try Michelina’s 5 min away) and 20 min drive into old town to more fabulous restaurants. A foodies paradise. The owner is incredibly responsive Also, .5 min walk to hiking trails My only complaint - not enough time here!

Get place to stay

It was a great place to stay. It met all our needs. The only down fall was the pool was too cold to swim which is why we rented with a pool. They explained and will have it heated in the future. It really is beautiful and will stay again!
