This place was amazing! It's just as described. The beds were plenty comfy and we really appreciated all the counterspace in the kitchen. We loved it and would love to stay again. We didn't want to pay to heat the pool and I'm so glad we didn't. It was plenty warm for us. The temp was 90 during the day and down to 60 at night during our stay.

Amazing getaway

The property was very clean and equipped with all your basic needs. Very spacious home, we loved the openness of the layout between both living rooms. The outside patio is beautiful. Loved sitting outside in the mornings and evenings to listen to the birds. The pool cleaning apparatus was a little annoying, but didn’t prevent us from having fun. There’s something with the electrical wiring in the house. Not sure what it is but in the master bedroom, the fan light would go on at around 2am and then a few hours later. Fan would also go from high to medium on its own. The room right next to the MB, the fan would turn off on its own. The front porch light turned on by itself.One big issue I had was that it was not communicated to me when maintenance workers would be stopping by the house. One morning I woke up and I see extension cords on the back patio and then I see two people cleaning the hot tub. Then, either the same day or the next, a pool guy is out cleaning the pool. Then another day an electrician comes by. Then last, but not least, another guy comes for the hot tub, says owners asked him to come by and check it. On the refrigerator there’s a laminated paper with important information, including trash and recycle days. They could add the pool maintenance days on there and notify the renter about any unscheduled repair/maintenance visits. We had 4 unannounced visitors come to the rental. A few scares could have been avoided. Besides that, the rental was amazing.

Very clean and great location

Great communication with Porter from start to finish. The home was centrally located to ASU, shopping and other activities. Very clean and updated throughout. The home could use some more furnishings but that was very minor.

Scottsdale Gem

We stayed here for my dad’s bday weekend and had a blast. The house is very nice, clean and centrally located. We enjoyed playing all the games this house has to offer-kept us entertained for sure! Would definitely recommend staying here. For the owners, a couple suggestions…provide luggage racks in the bedrooms, a coffee table in the living, hangers in all bedrooms, and a pair of tongs in the kitchen. The only issue we had was there was no hot water in the master shower (there’re was hot water in the master sink). Thanks!

Perfect extended stay in Scottsdale!

This rental was perfectly and spacious for our 1 1/2 week stay! The house was well stocked for us and the only thing we needed to do was buy our groceries! We loved this space, the quiet neighborhood, easy access to ASU and surrounding food and stores! Loved having the pool to cool off and relax even in the 100+ heat! We got to used the grill for nice Sunday dinner! We will be back for sure!

Summer Vacation

We stayed 8 days in this lovely home. Our family loved the swimming pool above all else. The house was very comfortable and modern. The beds were super comfy and it had a very big and wonderful kitchen. I only wish it had a big enough table to sit us all for our meals inside. I also would have liked the refrigerator to make ice especially in the 110+ heat. However they did fix it but only on the last day of us being there. Overall we enjoyed our time there and would recommend it as a great home to stay in.

Great property

We were visiting family in Az. This property was a great location. The pool was wonderful and had all the amenities we needed. My only concern was that the windows were not fully covered by coverings. And the front door was glass with no covering. We ended up using a sheet to block the window for privacy. I would definitely stay here again!

Scottsdale Escape

This property was a phenomenal way to spend a few days near Scottsdale! Being less than 10 minutes from the heart of Scottsdale, we felt like we were part of the action, but still had our own space. Highly recommend this beautiful house, and the management team was easy to reach with any questions!

A Great Stay in Scottsdale

The house is beautiful and was prepared in fine detail for our stay... very clean and towels / paper folded like in a luxury hotel. I don't believe it stated this in the listing, but shampoo/conditioner/body wash is stocked in each bathroom. The pool was so much fun for our kiddos. In all honesty, the pool heat price is a little steep, but once we got there I could understand a little more since it's an above average pool size. We did have a couple issues with the pool heater, but to their credit, responded to any question/concern within about 30 minutes, so it didn't end up being a big deal at all. Thanks for the great stay! If we ever find ourselves back in Scottsdale, we would definitely book this house again!

Fantastic clean property

We loved our stay. The property feels like an upscale hotel with a kitchen! Back yard was so fun with the games and pool. Our son had a great time. Beds very comfy. And everything was super clean. Close to downtown and airport but quiet peaceful neighborhood. Minutes from old town Scottsdale and all the shopping/dining.

Great Stay! Great Value.

The house was great. Had plenty of things for the kids to do during small periods of downtime. The kitchen and amenities were great. Costco / target is close so we stocked up for the stay very easily. My only suggestion would be to review the window coverings as the coverings didnt cover the windows and there were windows that didnt have any coverings at all. The front door is glass and no covering provided so it made nighttime a little odd as you can see right in the house. Maybe that intentional? Overall great stay!

Christmas in Scottsdale

We had a great stay at this home. It was very convenient to the freeway and to downtown Scottsdale. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the house is located on a dead end road, so there's virtually no traffic. The house had everything we needed.

The house is gorgeous and so comfortable. Everything was so clean and had enough space to accommodate our family. The location was great giving us many options for meals out and many adventures within driving distance. We loved our visit to Scottsdale, AZ!

Enjoyed Our Stay

The house was beautiful! We enjoyed the pool :) A few things we would have made our stay better: 1. Curtains that covered the WHOLE window. Some did but other only covered the windows about 80%. 2. When we brought some concerns to the attention of the company - (tree branch fell on roof and pool had dirt and debris) after a storm came through. Would have loved to see the tree and pool taken care of promptly. 3. The master room and bathroom were noticeably warmer than then rest of the house so we were quite warm when we slept. 4. The back yard patio and lawn, and the ping pong table weren't kept up very well. The lawn was very dry and the ping pong table was pretty dusty. Would have loved to have seen this look as if it was "prepared for our arrival". 5. Dryer sheets to be provided. Things we loved: Kitchen was clean! House was beautiful! Loved having a TV in each room. Check in and out process was great! Had great WIFI! Showers were nice and hot!

Great Family Getaway

The house was just as stated and a perfect location with easy access to golf, restaurants, shopping and Tempe (Arizona State). House had great amenities with the pool, ping pong, and shuffle board. Nice quiet location - would recommend.
