This property was good, overall just a few tweaks would make this place great. We ran into a few issues and the property management was on it for what the could do, they refilled propane and brought some spoons. Overall I can’t say it was bad. Big item is how to use everything smart and also instructions for recycling and garbage. They had 1 small cracked trash can in kitchen, and plenty of room for a larger one and a recycle bin would have been nice and what they recycle helpful. The furniture off the kitchen was not super comfy and really only 1 seats to sit, could gain with a sectional in there. Also couch and rug had spots/stains and even though outside furniture was covered outdoor cushions all looked dirty. BBQ’s were dirty and the built in one was so small and awkward to open and grill on.Utensils in drawers were put away dirty, had issues with washing machines was an all in one (cleaned filter and it worked a little better) for that size of house I feel a Norma washer/dryer or 2 all in ones would be better. They only had 2 sauce pans and 2 saute pans so we could not make spaghetti or large pot of rice. Could use a pressure cooker and 2 larger stock pots. Stove was an induction so special pans needed which inconvenient. 1 plug was not working so again inconvenient to unplug and move items around to try to use. Could use an additional place for coffee on wall in kitchen. Lots of space and nicely upgraded but a little more updates needed. 6 pool towels only.

We rented this house with two other families to attend spring training. The location of the house is great with lots of shopping and restaurants very nearby. Upon arrival, check-in was super easy with good communication from the host. The house was clean and has a very unique floor plan. There was plenty of comfortable seating inside and on the back patio. We had to go on a bit of a hunt for towels, eventually locating them in the garage. It was great to have a kitchen and separate bar area, both with full-sized refrigerators. The countertop ice maker was very convenient. The in-house WiFi was fantastic. Parking was plentiful and easy for multiple families. It was great to have a pool table and a swimming pool (although the water was very cold).

The location and layout of the property was great and has wonderful potential. Ellie was responsive to requests for help. However, there were quite a few issues that we had (and previous guests had already commented on) that should have been addressed.I sent Ellie a long email with constructive criticism and suggested that they provide a binder with instructions to prevent some of the issues. She responded and thanked me for the suggestions. I hope they follow through as it can be a great place to stay.

The house was fantastic! So fun and spacious. More than enough room for our guests. Pool and yard was beautiful and also spacious. The only reason for inly 4 stars is because it is crazy to us there ate literally see-through curtains in 3 of the bedrooms. It is such a cheap, inexpensive fix to add blackout curtains!

We booked this home for a holiday stay with our family and children. While the house has a great layout and a lot of potential, our experience was unfortunately impacted by cleanliness, maintenance, and safety concerns that suggest the property has not been thoroughly inspected or serviced in some time.Upon arrival, the home was noticeably dirty. Floors throughout the house appeared un-mopped for an extended period — after bathing, both adults’ and children’s feet were black from grime. The living room rug was heavily stained and dingy, and patio furniture was too dirty to use. When we removed the outdoor furniture covers, we found rat droppings on the furniture, which made the outdoor space unusable. The outdoor trash bin was also overflowing.Several maintenance issues affected our stay:One toilet was not secured properly to the floor.The master bathroom shower handle was loose and fell off; the mirror light did not work, and a chandelier light above the bed was broken.Fan/light remotes in multiple bedrooms were on the same frequency, causing lights and fans in other rooms to turn on and off unexpectedly.The washer/dryer did not function properly — clothes remained damp, and the detergent dispenser forced use of existing detergent.The grill was dirty, had broken grates, and no propane available.The kitchen was significantly under-equipped for a family stay, especially during a holiday. We found very limited utensils (only one usable knife, no can opener) and

We rented this property to celebrate Thanksgiving with a large group of our family. Host was amazing and responsive to all communications 10/10 service! Highlights:- Large Home with Multiple Bathrooms- Kids Bunk Bed Room is great for groups with children, and gives them their own space- Ski Ball and Pool Table were great for entertainment - Bar area with second full size fridge was amazing to have for drinks as well as storage for Thanksgiving dishes - Theater Room was perfect for watching football and separate from the living room where others could watch TV/Movies without hearing the football game - Pool is beautiful, although was only used minimally by a couple people in our group since it was cold outside - Microwave doubles as a convection oven which was a bonus to have for Thanksgiving cooking - Close to freeways, malls, stores, etc. Easy to get to. Other notes:- Stove is induction, so keep that in mind if you plan to cook- Light switches were a little hard to find for related rooms Overall, we loved this place and would stay again.

Tried to say we broke the bed when it was broken when we got there. She said she had pictures of cleaning. Bed bars just fall out and they tried to pin it on renter. Looks like you just have to set it’ll the bar back into frame. Food and wrappers stuck in theater chairs. Carpet in living room dirty has stains dead bugs by walls. Appliances beep all night long. Washer does not run the full cycle.

Great looking house inside & out . Tons of great amenities pool table, ski ball , pool ect . Home theatre was nice . Plenty of rooms/space in this house , the half bathrooms very convenient. Nice kitchen with modern appliances .In a good neighborhood with plenty of stores/restaurants near by . Would recommend 10/10 will definitely book here again

Family Get Together

This property was great for our group size of 12. My 3 year old loved the room stocked with toys. The cleanliness was ok. There must have been an animal staying there the stay before because there was animal fur everywhere and a urine puddle on the back patio. There were a few broken things. Besides those things, the stay was great and the pool was amazing! My family had a lot of fun and we enjoyed our time together!Also, one thing I would suggest would be curtains on the bedroom windows because the sun shines in at 5:30 and makes for an early morning.

A pleasant get away with some quirks

The house was large and had nice amenities. The pool was pleasant and very clean. One of the bedrooms could use some better curtains unless you can sleep with sun shining in at 5:30 am. And there could be better labeling of the electrical switches and remotes so you can figure out how to turn on the ceiling fans. Overall a pleasant location for our family reunion.

Family of the Bride!

We came down to AZ for a wedding and this was the perfect property for us. We were a big group with 4 couples and 5 teenagers! The bunk room was great to put the kids in. So much space for everyone to spread out while being together. We would recommend this place to anyone traveling as a group.
