Pros: Host was responsive and welcomingLocation was within 20-30 minutes of many attractions in Phoenix.House was a good size and layout.Cons:Overall cleanliness was not great, especially floors and bathmatsPool not heatedRecliner not functionalWe had a really good time staying here. I would recommend this host and property, just be aware of the cons listed above.

The house worked fine for us, but it had some major pros and cons. On the pros side, the beds were very comfortable, the neighborhood was convenient and fairly safe, there was plenty of space, a washer and dryer and pool. On the cons side, it smells very musty, like a basement, to the point where I don’t recommend it for people with respiratory issues. The house was very badly redone lately, with poor paint job, flooring with big gaps in it and other weird inconveniences like no rod on the blinds in my room so I couldn’t fully close the blinds. But none of it really stopped it from being a safe place to crash for my family.

This stay was extremely stressful and unacceptable.Upon arrival, the property was in very poor condition. The beds were dirty and smelled strongly of urine, there was a water leak, and the garage did not work as advertised. These conditions affected our safety and made the home unlivable.I contacted the host immediately, but she refused to help or resolve the issues. I was forced to leave the property.VRBO eventually reimbursed us for three nights at a hotel after many calls and emails, but the host refused to refund the rest of the rental, which was nearly a full month.The lack of support from the host and the stressful experience with customer service made this situation even worse. My family and I were left without proper accommodation.I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Please don't stay here! The place was DISGUSTING when I arrived. Stains on couch. Hair on the bathroom floor. Dirty and dust everywhere. I couldn't even sleep in the house. I opted to sleep in my car every night

The House

The house was really dirty when arrived. It took over a hour to contact the host to get inside the house. A brick was missing from the brick fence when arrived. Pool light did not work. Restroom had no lock.

Pool Birthday Party

3 days and 3 nights stay became our home! We had a wonderful time making memories! Swimming, watching the boxing fight on the TV and family gathering for a birthday! We would love to stay again in the future! Thank you and best wishes!

This house worked great for us to stay in while visiting family in the area. A few more dishes and towels/washcloths would be nice. However, we would stay again.

Party house, not a vacation rental

Picturesand price seemed great. We had family coming in from out of town, one of whom uses a walker. Vrbo really needs to put accessibilty info in the listings.Place is not accessible for people with disabities. Entry to living room is partially blocked by a couch too big for the room. Bathroom doors are too narrow.Several problems with the property. Listing said there was an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, and bidet, but none of those were there. Globe for the light under ceiling fan was full of dead bugs. Floor had gaps between boards and were so dirty their socks turned black. Only one smoke detector and it was sitting on the fridge with the battery pulled out. Vent for the stove was not even connected and would just blow into the cabinet.Kitchen windows had no blinds or curtains.We had planned to have the family come over to this house to play games and pool, but decided not worth it. They stayed with us the whole time and just used this to sleep.Unless you are college kids looking for a place to party, I would not stay here again.

Great house for a social gathering

We rented this house for my birthday party and it was clean and spacious enough for my large group of friends . The house came with everything we needed and the patio area was nice . My guests enjoyed the pool table and dart board in the living room . Overall, it was a lot of fun to stay bere and we would stay here again.

Dirty..No Furniture

Dirty, lawn not taken care of, pool poor. No indoor seating except soft and dining chairs, kitchen..no toaster, dirty dishes/ pots and pans and only 3 spoons. Home is roomy but needs TLC.

Great time.

Few little hiccups when we got there Friday evening but after that was a great stay. Pool very refreshing and the garndchildren loved it. Could use a few additons to the kitchen utensils but over all we made it work. .

VERY DISAPPOINTED

I am very disappointed overall in my rental stay. First of all the master bed frame was broken from the very start we got there so we had to sleep uncomfortably crooked on a bed that was broken. The shower curtain in the master bedroom was broken and on the bathroom floor and we tried to put it up but it kept falling and wouldn't stay. There were kitchen Utensils and tools that were broken such as the can opener. The first night we were there the guest bathroom in the hallway was cloggedso we had only one working toilet for the first night.And then the following day on Saturday an hour we were supposed to have the party the other toilet was flooded and clogged as well and dirty water was rising and coming out from the drain in both showers. There was water coming out so much that it started coming into the hallway partially. So from 11am-6pm we had no working bathrooms and all of my party guests had to leave and come back inconveniently just to use the restroom. Then when we tried to check out and leave there was no instructions how to lock the door and I tried to call the owner to ask how but no answer at all so my husband had to jump the back gate in order to have the house locked. These are all things that should have not occurred in any average rental and my family and I are very displeased.

Nice house

The house was nice, it was clean for the most part. We were able to check in early. Unfortunately when we got there on then door was a tag that the gas was turned off for non payment so we didn’t have any hot water. The grass is the back yard was about a foot high so we had to cut it ourselves. There were dirty towels stuffed in the middle room closet and there was hair in the hall bathroom shower drain. There were a lot of spider Webs on the outside of the house with black widows as well so we had to be very careful.

Overall just what we needed

Comfortable space for a home base on vacation. Pretty quiet neighborhood really close to a lot of activities and restaurants. Comfy beds. Descent amenities. Friendly host with great communication.

Neighborhood is quiet. Property Manager did not reach out with check-in information. I had to send message through VRBO. Nothing was lacking, but the place really needs a deep clean. It looks clean on surface but…..

Very Clean and easy to find.

We did not have time to enjoy this property so I don't want to comment on the amenities we did not use. We stayed in the house after the Taylor Swift concert we got in late, the beds were comfortable and there were extra blankets as it was cool in the house and the left early to return to our homes the next day. It was a great brief stay. Very clean and easy to find.
