I checked out early. Upon checkout I asked for the last night refund. They indicated that I need to contact the travel agency. I contacted the agency that in turn contacted the hotel and then declined the refund.

Beautiful property, breakfast options were great, staff was amazing. Booked a handicap room unfortunately shower was a tub and they did not have shower chairs. Other than that everything else was amazing.

We had a wonderful stay, but we were unable to lower the heat in our room (Rm 613) and it was uncomfortable. We did not contact the front desk to let them know (we were tired) and no doubt you would have addressed the issue.
