Lots of fun things to do in the home. We were rarely there, but when we were, we utuilized them. We even swam in the heated pool in January becuase the pool was well heated. There is plenty of space for lots of people. Overall a great location to stay.The washer was super loud, so don't put this on and go to bed. The floors were dirtier than I'd like turing our socks grey. Lacking pans to cook in, the one that was available was pretty beat up. While there is a garage, you can't park in in - lots of stuff stored in there. And there was a lack of space to hang towels to dry.

This property was nice but hadn't been cleaned, and didn't have sufficient cooking equipment. With respect to the cleaning, the bedrooms hadn't been dusted in a number of weeks. The dust was easily visible in one bedroom on the bureau. One of the bathrooms had a moldy shower curtain and the tub needed cleaning. The kitchen counters were sticky and hadn't been cleaned. The kitchen sink hadn't been cleaned. The drawer under the oven had a lot of grease drippings and food particles on it and inside of it. There were pans in that drawer that were unusable because of the grease and grime on them. The handles on the frying pans were almost disconnected from the pans - too loose to be considered safe by any means. The plastic pitcher was def from the dollar store and the handle broke when I filled it. One of the kitchen garbage cans had a big pile of coffee grounds in the bottom when we pulled out the bag to take it out. The glass coffee pot hadn't been cleaned and had grounds in it. The main room rug hadn't been vacuumed. The kitchen floor had sticky residue and spots on it, so had not been mopped before we got there. There was absolutely nothing in the fridge or cupboards - not even salt or pepper. You will need to bring everything to cook. Also, the hottub was murky.On the plus side, this is a nice property, it just needs to be taken care of. I don't think the property manager is paying any attention to it. It felt corporate when I contacted them.

This is a beautiful property in a quiet residential neighborhood. The pool, hot tub and outdoor kitchen was amazing and we loved being able to watch the World Series outdoors! Will definitely book this again!

Wonderful house

The house was very spacious and the pool table was a hit! The outdoor space could use some sprucing up with some vegetation/plants. The hot tub needs some love but the pool was wonderful. The location is perfect for all things Scottsdale and the bedrooms were comfy. A few complaints - they need more pots and pans, the place wasn't very clean and we wished the largest bedroom had a king size bed. But, overall we would recommend staying at this house!

Great place to stay

Our stay could not have gone better! The home was clean and just as the pictures and the neighborhood was great. We had a group of 7 and everyone was pleased with their rooms. We were close to everything we needed and we took full advantage of the pool, hot tub and the outdoor patio. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic, roomy and well set-up!

Property was every bit as good as advertised, and super clean when we arrived. Host asked for a bit more things than I'm used to (contract and id) but was very responsive and the check-in info was clear. The common area is huge and comfortable, and the backyard is setup wonderfully, with both the pool and hot tub warmed to comfortable temperatures. The bedrooms are setup nicely with all queens and kings, the beds were comfortable. Location close to all activities, old town, restaurants, golf. The only hard part is leaving! Would not hesitate to book again!

A Great Stay!

With a few minor issues - OUR stay was GREAT. The house and pool were perfect. For us: the location was perfect. Visited Salt River Field, Legacy Park, Hohokam Stadium and Tempe Diablo Stadium. I would love to return, next year.

Amazing stay in an amazing house

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. We were 2 families of 4 (2 adults and 2 children between 11 and 16 for each family) and everything was just perfect. If we return to Phoenix, we will look to rent it again or see in the houses by the same owner. Big favorite for the outdoor courtyard, the swimming pool, the BBQ area and the corner with the TV, 5 stars of WOW!

Spring Training Getaway

Our family trip included 9 adults and 2 children under the age of 1. The house was very clean and organized, it was also very spacious which was great for the larger crowd. The island bar in the kitchen with large dining table worked great for meals at the house. The bedrooms all had a TV and having 3 baths was a huge bonus. The outside was great as we were in the pool most days and the hot tub was perfect temp for morning/evenings. We even watched march madness on the big screen from inside the pool! There were plenty of close restaurants and gas stations with Old Towne only a few minutes away. We did have some minor issues with the screen door and washer/dryer but nothing major to give the rental less than 5 stars.

Perfect for large family!

House was perfect for our family! Clean, lots of built in entertainment, and prompt responses from property manager. Only downfalls were that kitchen has no large pot with lid (lots of lids but no big pot), hot tub cover needs some attention/replacement and there aren't enough towel hooks/rods in bathrooms for towels & washcloths. Overall, no major issues or complaints. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!!

Awesome Gathering Spot

This house was the perfect choice for our trip. We came to Scottsdale to relax, golf, and socialize and this house provided all of that and more. It was well-equipped and clean. We will stay here again.

Great

This home was as advertised; spacious, clean, incredibly well located, with access to freeways, restaurants, grocery stores, stadiums and casinos. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it has a great backyard, with a very deep pool, snd a large spa eith powerful jets. There’s also a great outdoor area with a big tv, fire pit and bbq. Lastly, the property manager was extremely responsive and helpful with any issues.
