Pros: House was a convenient location to Mayo. Outdoor area was really nice, including pool, basketball hoop, seating, and fruit trees. Nice well maintained home with plenty of space. Side note- host seems fairly particular on having guests visit. We only had 2 people staying in the house, well below number it can house. While they did ok having a small number of people over after my son's surgery (bringing dinner not a party), we ultimately changed plans as it felt like the host wasn't really comfortable with other guests. A little different vibe than I've had from other hosts and I have all 5 star reviews as a guest. Something to keep in mind depending on your needs in a VRBO.

Exceptional Stay!

This house was everything we were looking for to relax & reset. Plenty of room with plenty of TVs and the use of the backyard with the pool & games enticed my family to spend extra time together. The house was clean and well-appointed and the owner response to questions/concerns, when needed was almost instant. The neighborhood was quiet and lent to a very relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend this listing!!!

Perfect house!

We were very impressed with everything about the house. The pictures are great but don’t do it justice. The backyard is huge and provides privacy and a lot of room for hanging out and activities. The home had tons of space and great for the entire family. Great kitchen and living area. Overall excellent stay.

My stay Nov.26 - Dec.1

The house was clean,orderly and spacious, but had several major problems. Freezer was leaking and ice maker was broken. ( we had to buy ice). Several dining chairs were broken and needed repair. There were no pool towels, and no blankets for the pull out beds. The rollaway bed was a twin size (in corner of the garage). Both propane tanks for the fire pit and outdoor grill were empty ( we were told that it was our responsibility to get them filled). The outdoor string lights were broken so at night the yard was very dark. Outdoor appliances did not work. We were not able to contact anyone from the property management company by telephone, only send chats to discuss these issues. This made it much more difficult to navigate. I hope these problems are attended to, because this is a beautiful property!

Great place to stay. Friends and my wife were super comfortable. Neighborhood is in a nice area and Uber can easily find it. Buddy appreciated that it was walking distance to a church.

Great house, no amenities

The house was not clean, very dusty, with items from previous guests left behind. Ice machine in fridge did not work. Water came out with dirt, crack in the drawer in the freezer and the rack off track. Shower heads have mold and soaps are combinations that come out like cottage cheese. Amenities are not as described, grill does not work, even if you refill propane, lights by the seating area needed to be restarted using the circuit breaker, pool chairs are dusty and dirty, and fan next to the grill doesn’t work . Tiles next to the pool are loose and missing causing bodily harm and unsafe conditions in the nighttime as the pool lights were not working. Pots for the stove are special so you can only 2pots and 3 pans(had to call to get this information). Host began to ignore my calls after telling me someone would be coming out to help us. When he answered as i called from another number, he told me that i could check out and be refunded the unused nights, where could i possibly be going in the middle of Arizona on a weekend. Called vrbo and customer service rep spoke to him and he said no one was coming until Monday. Handyman arrived Monday afternoon, but left and returned Monday night after saying “he’ll be right back” i was unable to use any of the main amenities i needed from the house. Only the tvs in 2 rooms worked. Lights not working. We went to Walmart and brought a grill and yard lights to satisfy our stay. House needs to be upkept, it’s too beautiful to be losing.

Great place for the family

Really nice house located perfectly around everything you need. Pool, basketball, ping pong table, volleyball, outdoor grilling bar….. whats not to love. Highly recommend.

Amazing Stay

I recently stayed here with my husband, son, mother and brother for a family wedding. It was fantastic! It was a huge house with plenty of room for us all to have our privacy. The backyard was out of this world. The accommodations far exceeded our expectations and would love to stay here again when I am in Scottsdale.
