Welcome to Bright Haven House. 20 min from PHX, 15 min to hiking and Salt River paddle boarding (we have 4 boards for rent). Heated, fenced pool and spa (pools are brrrr in winter in AZ). Amazing outdoor grill and bar.

Very safe and quiet neighborhood and we know all the neighbors on our block.
The space
What's included: Coffee pot, filters, fully functioning kitchen for cooking and grilling. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash all provided in each bathroom. Smart TV and books to enjoy while you stay. Laundry soap, dish soap, and a stocked spice cupboard are available to you! No need to buy all those extras just to use a small amount.

Pool considerations:
Our pool is 8' deep and LARGE. No diving or glass allowed near pool. It is a fenced pool.

Pool is heated to 85 degrees. Actual temp can fluctuate +/-3 degrees due to the depth of the pool.

Spa Heater
$25/night. Heated from 8p-11p
Included if heating the pool

Pets are $100 extra/pet per stay.
Propane for grill $20 per stay
Guest access
You have access to everything but the garage and the master closet. There are plenty of hanging clothes storage in each bedroom.
