Stay was great. Janet was incredibly kind and prompt with all communication. The two BR Condo was perfect for our family of 4. Great location. Walking distance to great restaurants in old town and on Scottsdale Ave. Pool was nice. As to be expected this time of year it was crowded but ample seats and tables around the pool. All in all a great stay. Would recommend.

The condo was extremely clean. Neighborhood was quiet, with everything we needed nearby. Our host was very attentive. Laundry area was easy to use and also clean and well kept. We were able to accept deliveries easily as needed. Our stay was for a medical recovery and the 2 bedroom / 2 bath set up was perfect. Covered parking was a plus.

Wonderful condo and perfect location

My adult daughter & I had the BEST vacation! The condo is perfectly situated and a walkable distance to many stores & restaurants. It's close to your parking spot and the pool is very nice (get there early for a chair). Janet has made the condo so cute and there are many little touches that make it feel homey: A well-appointed kitchen, plenty of hangers, a lap blanket on the couch, towels for the pool. When we checked in there were even beverages waiting for us in the fridge! Janet was a great communicator and answered every question very quickly. I would highly recommend this property!!!

A Great Stay at the Maya

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. The space was ideal for two friends traveling together. The bedrooms and bathrooms were just right and the living area was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped for our needs. We enjoyed the pool and spa very much. Would definitely stay here again.

They location was great. Walking distance to restaurants, Bars, Breakfast, Night Clubs...... Close to Airport, Baseball stadiums, and everything we needed. Great stay overall.

Fantastic apartment in Scottsdale

We are a family of 5 who have had a fantastic stay in Janet’s apartment. The apartment was kitted out with everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked - we cooked every day and weren’t missing anything. Janet was a very attentive host, checking in to see if we needed anything. Very comfy beds and we appreciated having beach towels to use by the pool. The pool area is brilliant - a large pool with lots of sun loungers. The pool is very warm so the kids could stay in it for ages. The jacuzzi is very large and nice and hot! The apartment patio is south facing so we could sit and sunbathe in the afternoon. The location is perfect - walking distance to the Old Town and a short drive / walk to the green belt. The green belt is a pristine park which is perfect for running, walking, playing basketball (2 courts) and volleyball. Supermarkets and other shops very close by. We didn't want to leave!

Great Experience

We absolutely loved our stay! The host, Janet, had been very accommodating throughout the entire experience. The condo was very well kept, organized, and cozy. Our 22 month old daughter loved the condo and pool, and having a travel crib as an amenity was a plus! I would absolutely book this condo again the next time we come out to Scottsdale!

Scottsdale - Wonderful accommodation & location

We had a lovely family vacation in Scottsdale. The location of the accommodation was perfect for getting into Old Town for dinner, drinks and shopping. The pool area was great and the people wonderful.

Awesome property!!

We had the BEST time in this condo! It was cute, very clean, and comfortable. The location was fantastic, and my teenage boys were never bored! It was a short walk to Old Town, as well as the Fashion Square Mall. Tons of grocery stores and restaurants around as well. The pool was incredible, and always nice and warm. Communication was excellent, and Janet was an incredible host. We will be back!! 😁

Great location to in Scottsdale

We rented this unit to see spring training games at Sloan Park. Great location for Old Town and the Sloan Park. The main living area and bedrooms were large enough to accommodate a family of four with teenage boys. I appreciate the reserved, covered parking spot. We used the pool and hot tub. They were both very well-maintained. it was a little strange that the hot tub and pool were separated, but it did not attract from our use of the amenity.

Good stay

The locks for all doors need to be tightened. The shower bathroom floor needs work. The water pooled on the floor and while it has a shower curtain it needs a shower door as the water poured onto the floor. Very clean.

Great location

Very much enjoyed our stay here. Nice being walking distance to old town Scottsdale (restaurants, shopping, arts, etc). Kids adored the pool. The house was equipped with everything we needed, including kitchen pantry basics that we did not need to purchase which we really appreciate. Walking distance to a grocery store too. Janet was very easy to reach & responded quickly. Would recommend this place to others when in Scottsdale. Thanks Janet!

Great location for Scottsdale

We absolutely loved the condo. To start the directions and check in process was so easy! Janet communicated with us throughout our stay. Will be back! There’s a Starbucks and Sprouts grocery store across the street. Old town Scottsdale is within a few miles. There’s a fantastic foot massage next to Sprouts that $45 for an hour massage. Highly recommend. The pool is big and there’s covered shade areas.

Perfect for family!

Lovely, colorful condo with an incredibly comfortable master bed! Having 2 full bathrooms was such a benefit for our family of adults and teens. Great shaded patio space off the living room and excellent pool/got tub in the center of the complex. Janet was a kind and helpful host and her communication was clear and thorough. We would stay here again without hesitation for our next trip to AZ!
