Communications great - the people at the company responded very quickly and were very courteous and helpful. Condo itself needs many repairs and upgrades. Broken door to the deck, broken recliner. old carpet, old furniture — just not up to standards. Pool was nice (managed by different company, not the rental company) but one had drunks playing loud music and front desk said she couldn’t do anything about it. Other pool has 2 of 3 gates padlocked because they didn’t want to pay to replace broken locks.

Walking distance to TPC golf and definitely a great spot if visiting with large group as there are multiple rental units close to each other. They supply air mattress extra linens etc. We saw several large groups within the complex. The management staff was extremely responsive and professional. There is a 10pm noise ordinance, but we did have a noise issue with one of the other units. We were there as a family trip so wanted a more quiet atmosphere. The owners can’t control if other parties obey the rules but if you are not with a bigger group or looking for quiet family time make sure to mention when you book. When we brought the noise issue to the property management they immediately addressed it with the other party and were able to move us to a more isolated unit. Once we moved there wasn’t an issue.

The condo is older and not very updated or clean. The decorating is terrible but the beds are very comfortable. It’s on the second floor without an elevator so bringing our luggage up was not easy. The pools and hot tubs are great. The location is close to the scottsdale airport so it’s noisy at times. Perfect for a group of golfers as it’s right on the TPC course.

Yes, we had some issues that impacted our enjoyment. Based on the high cost of the rental , we found them unacceptable. - Broken toilet paper holder in the master bath, fell off day one- Broken patio table, could not use- Light in Living room didn’t work- Bad key for pool/fitness, missed a day of use- Nasty grill at pool, could not use- Very Slow internet- Washer/Dryer very noisy- Shared Bathroom fan was very loud - Broken iron- TV in front bedroom was horrible definition- unwatchableIt was our first time (possibly the last time) we used VRBO, and we were not impressed!

Host is the management company. Period lots of little things wrong with the condo that could’ve been easily fixed before our arrival. Owner needs to do a walk-through of the property as microwave was not working. Garage door fob was not working vertical blind to the patio did not work had to be replaced. Screens were falling off. Lightbulbs were out. Banister was not secured to the wall. Door knobs were hanging loose. Fortunately the view is awesome. Additionally, the repair folks were quite responsive. Never had to call a VRBO owner or maintenance before this was the first and only time we had to do that.

Great condo, great experience!

Condo was exactly as described, very clean and spacious. Location was nice, pool was nice, all amenities were really great. The master shower needed minor maintenance to turn shower on/off, but that was the only hiccup. Highly recommend!

Good to get out of the cold

clean area and easy to get around. place was clean and near tpc and main roads.we did not spend much time at the place so it worked out well for what we needed.

Great price great location!

We rented the three bedroom two bathroom condo. It was a last-minute decision as a prior VRBO Owner canceled on us the day before our trip. We were able to get this one and thankful as it was close to the seminar building. We came in for a business trip. Did needs three bedrooms or two bathrooms, but it was nice to have the extra towels and pillows. The fireplace does not work. I think it’s real wood fireplace. But it’s not listed on the information about the amenities so I did not expect fireplace anyway. It has a two car garage, which was nice. We had a small sedan. You would not be able to park a large vehicle. It is a short garage. Check in and check out was extremely easy. It was contactless and everything was well appointed in the condo. The furniture looked pretty new. Lots and lots of towels and toilet paper. The only thing they did not have is salt and pepper or any kind of spray pan oil. if you plan on cooking while you’re there, you might want to pick those things up, but everything else was available. Pots and pans and lots of silverware glasses. It was clean, but it does need paint touchup as there were lots on the walls and baseboards. But overall, we would definitely rent there again. The price was exception.

Scottsdale fun!

This is a great place to explore Scottsdale from. Close to desert hiking, desert golf, Taliesen West, and within driving distance to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. Property managers were super responsive to any issues. We had a great vacation.

Family spring break trip

We met my parents and sister here for a fun week during my son’s spring break from junior high. We had a great time. We had plenty of room and enjoyed our stay very much. I didn’t know we needed to go up stairs to access the condo so make sure everyone in your group is fine with that. Great location with easy access to lots of good restaurants, shopping, parks, etc.

Pools and hot tubs were mystery closed the day we arrived through our entire stay. I reached out to manager, and no explanation was given. Very disappointed.

the gates were a bit tempermental would have preferred if the reservation explicitly mentioned that there are over 30 buildings as we focused on the number for the townhouse and struggled for a while it would be nice if somebody answered the phone in off hours the condo was fine, well stocked, clean and worked out well for our golf outing.

Very nice condo near TPC

Very nice, clean, all amenities property. Easy check in and check out procedures. Convenient to TPC and all activities in North Scottsdale.
