Tina was easy to communicate with during the whole process. We did a walk thru ahead of time to look at the property to allow for planning for my daughter’s grad party. The home is beautiful and has everything you could need for an event or a relaxing stay. We had an amazing party and time staying here. Very happy with our choice to stay here. Thank you!

Was amazing stay and had the wedding of our dreams on the beautiful property ! Tina was a great host and responded very quickly with all of needs. The house was very clean and the sanos radio throughout the house was a big plus for our reception. If your looking for a getaway with luxury i would definately recomend 99 palms!

We had an amazing stay at 99 Palms with our family of 9, including two infants. This property is a true gem! The house is spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We especially loved the outdoor space—the pool was perfect for the kids, and they had a blast with the pool toys and floaties. The grass area provided the ideal spot for family games and relaxing in the sun.

Fabulous home! Took the whole fam to Spring Training and this was the perfect house to accommodate all ages. House is incredibly well stocked with everything from games to kitchen appliances. The backyard and pool area are even better than pictured. Host was wonderful, great communication. We’ll be back soon!

Our stay was AMAZING! Tina did a fantastic job with communicating and answering any questions we might have, as well as giving great recommendations for caterers. The host was stocked even better than the description let on. The kitchen had everything and more that we would ever need. Plenty of pool towel and games too! We stay at a lot of VRBO's and this place was the best we've ever stayed at! We will be back!

The home and property were as advertised with lots of space both inside and outside. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pot/pans and utensils. The pool area and yard were great. Host was quick to communicate and ensured everything was great for our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Palms 99 was a well laid out vacation rental for our Thanksgiving get together. House was well equipped with cooking gear, utensils, spices, double oven. Even had a turkey platter to adorn the table. The yard is unbeatable. We swam, hung out and sang around the fire pit. The garage, game room, kept the wee ones entertained and some of the bigger ‘kids’ too. Ping pong, air hockey, connect four…..we did not lack for entertainment. Tina was a great host. She answered quickly to any questions. I could feel her heart in wanting us to really enjoy her place. Thank you for all the fantastic memories (a thousand pictures) we got to take with us for a lifetime. I highly recommend Palms 99!! The 2024 Turkeys’

This was a beautiful property! Lots of room, very clean. We had fun playing ping pong and air hockey in the game room with music playing in the background. It was too cold to swim, but we really enjoyed lounging by the pool. Property was at a great location. Everything we needed was nearby. We had zero issues with this property and owner. Wonderful communication with the owner. My mother-in-law lost her book, I told the owner and she found it and mailed it back!! Couldn't ask for anything more in a Vrbo rental. This place was much better than expected. We were in awe when we walked in. Nicely furnished and decorated.

We love this place. We got married here and it was so beautiful. Our host was amazing, and very helpful with helping us get tables and chairs for our big day. She was very accommodating. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer.

Our extended family of 12 were so comfortable. Plenty of room, all the amenities and so much fun. The game room was a big hit, the pool was heated so the kids could stay in for long periods of time. The kitchen had everything we needed.

This place was all that we could ask for! The backyard was great for relaxing, grilling out and catching up with friends. The location was convenient for getting to spring training games, the spa, and the casino. Our host was very hospital and made sure everything met and exceeded our expectations. Terrific spot for Spring Training baseball with friends or a family vacation with the kids. Wonderful backyard with loads of room for all kinds of outdoor activity. Game room was awesome. Home interior had everything guests needed and more. Host was super responsive, checked in to ensure all was going well, and genuinely cared about the quality of our Arizona experience. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay here! Great place for family or friends to hang out and enjoy the beautiful pool area. Tons of games to play like bags, ping pong, basketball, foosball. It is in the suburbs but there is a strip mall nearby with pizza, burgers etc if you don’t have a vehicle. Tina is a fabulous host and the house is equipped with everything you will need for your stay including Sonos sound system. I highly recommend this wonderful home.

Do not hesitate to book this place. It’s all you can imagine and more. Could not have been happier. The amenities were great and Tina was always available if needed. The house is huge and super comfy. The outdoor area speaks for itself. Being able to pull the tv out and watch poolside was awesome. I would definitely stay again!!!

Everything we needed and wanted was all there. Tina is a great hostess, she stocked the house with all the little things as well as the big things. The games, the layout of the house, the pool and BBQ area were amazing and exactly right for our large family gathering. I will definitely be back.

What an exceptional house! So clean, nicely furnished, very comfortable and inviting. The grounds are so beautiful and private. We loved the garage converted into a game room, we had so much fun playing air hockey and ping pong!! The highlight of the stay was the outdoor entertaining area. A hawaii themed tiki BBQ with a bar, a covered lounge area right by the perfectly sized pool. There’s even an area to sit in the water to cool down if you don’t feel like swimming. Just a great place for hanging out. 10/10 would stay here again!! Thanks Tina for being such an accommodating host.
