    This modern and classic furnished 2 bed 2 bath condo is perfectly located in the fabulous gated community of Red Rox Villas near Papago Park and The Phoenix Zoo. The condo features a fireplace, balcony overlooking one of the community pools and green space. The community features 2 pools (1 heated), spa, BBQ, clubhouse, a gym, and even a putting green! Close to shopping, entertainment and everything you want to do. This condo is perfect for a weekend getaway, a week away, or a month long stay.

    Welcome to our property! Thank you for checking us out!



    Please read the entire description as we try to answer the most common questions we get from guests.



    This listing is for the entire condo. The unit is modern with new style and decor to match. All the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries and laundry supplies for your entire group.



    **STAIRS ARE REQUIRED TO ACCESS THE UNIT ON THE 3RD FLOOR (3 flights)**



    SLEEPING AREAS:

    Master Bedroom has a queen size bed.

    Guest Bedroom with a queen size bed.



    COMMON AREAS:

    Kitchen with all your cooking needs, separate dining area, living room, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are also available. There is laundry in unit. Balcony with pool views.



    (Children supplies such as high chair and pack n play are available for rent, please ask if needed. $5 per day per item, plus a $35 delivery charge. All fees subject to Arizona sales tax.)



    ENTERTAINMENT:

    60” HDTV in the living room

    43” HDTV in the master bedroom

    Netflix and Peacock (NBC) accounts provided. Other streaming apps are provided by the host and guests must provide their own log in and password to use streaming services.



    PARKING:

    There is one covered assigned parking space for the condo. Please ensure that you park in your designated space or any available visitor space. Designated guest parking spaces are available.

    ** No Trailer or RV Parking Accommodations Available**



    OUTDOORS:

    Community exterior fenced in pool, BBQ, and patio seating. The community also contains another pool (heated) and spa, clubhouse, rec. center, gym, and putting green more near the front of the complex. The rec center has a pool table and ping pong table. Ping pong rackets and balls are provided in the rec center room and we also may have some additional ones in the condo closet.



    PETS:

    NO PETS ALLOWED

    *Please note that this is a community property and other residents may have pets in common exterior areas.



    ​​​​​​​*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc. so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you are staying longer than a few days, you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!



    When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your group as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc. I am happy to answer any questions you may have.



    LOUD PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED.



    Please only book this condo if you will respect the neighborhood and its residents. Please limit noise when you are outside and observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.



    LONG TERM STAYS: We offer discounts for longer term stays. Contact us for details!

    If your trip is more adventure focused, the home is located near the Red Rock Mountain. Saguaro Lake is not far away as well. This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums, the Barrett Jackson auto show, the Arabian Horse Show, the Fiesta Bowl and all the other great area events



    If you are going to be traveling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.



    Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife).



    OTHER NOTES:

    *Noise ordinance set in place 10pm-8am. Subject to additional fees if not followed.

    *Thermostats may have temperature limit locks (i.e. 72 deg.) to prevent being set at temperatures that may cause catastrophic damage in high heats or to help control out of the ordinary utility costs throughout the year.

    *We do NOT have any control or authority over the service vendors (i.e. landscape, pest control, etc.). They have access to the common grounds and services may occur during your stay in the community areas.

    USING THIS PROPERTY FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES ARE PROHIBITED:

    - Any nonresidential use;

    - Holding a special event that requires a permit or license pursuant to a city or town ordinance or state law or rule;

    - Operating a retail business, restaurant, event center, banquet hall or similar use;

    - Housing sex offenders;

    - Operating or maintaining a sober living home;

    - Selling liquor, illegal drugs or pornography;

    - Operating a nude or topless dancing;

    - Obscenity;

    - Adult-oriented business; or

    - Other uses prohibited by A.R.S. 9-500.39



    Disclaimers

    As part of the check-in process, you are required to complete a guest registration form. This form will ask for personal details such as your name, contact information, and any special requests. The form must be submitted prior to receiving check-in instructions. By submitting the form, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our rental policies and applicable laws.



    The house is a non-smoking, non-vaping property. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a $250 fine. Guests are responsible for picking up any exterior waste they create including evidence of smoking. Additional cleaning fees may be charged. Evidence of Marijuana left in the home will also result in a $250 fine.



    This property may require an Arizona lease to be signed for any stays of 30 days or more. Typically, the terms are no different from what you agree to on this site and this is more a requirement by the state of Arizona and/or this community. This home also has a utility cap that applies for stays of 30 days or more. The homeowner pays all home utilities up to a utility cap of $200, the tenant pays any utilities over cap. This cap typically only applies in the summer months depending on tenant utility usage.

    A marvel of comfort and convenience, Red Rox Villas is a community that will delight you with its scenic charm, wealth of amenities and a location that gives you easy proximity to the many pleasures of Phoenix and the surrounding area.



    Getting Around:

    Location is close to everything!! Old Town Scottsdale, Tempe, ASU, Papago Park, The Phoenix City Zoo, hiking and biking trails, Sky Harbor Airport, & 202 Freeway and so much more!



    We HIGHLY advise having a car if you stay with us, however, the condo is located very near the Metro Light Rail system so if you plan to stay in the city than a car is not absolutely necessary.



    Phoenix is a SUPER spread out city (50+ miles in all directions), so while we do have public transportation near us, it can take a while to get to your destination by bus. By car, we are 10-20 minutes to many popular destinations.



    Feel free to ask about distances, and we`ll let you know average drive times.

We enjoyed our stay here! The condo was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Host was quick to respond to any questions. Very close to Papago golf course and old town Scottsdale. Would definitely stay here again while visiting Phoenix!!

Sunny Escape

We highly recommend an escape from almost anywhere to the Phoenix metro area, and in particular to Red Rox. The location is great, easy and quick access to really almost anything. Our unit in particular checked all the boxes, a great place for a friends and / or a couples get away. Everything about this stay was as advertised and a return is very likely in the works for our next escape for fun in the sun and quiet relaxation.

Great property

Convenient location. Exactly as it appears in listing. Nice comnunity with pools and hot tub. Finding it in the dark was a little difficult. 3 flights and no elevator. Well stocked kitchen, confortable place. I would stay here again.

Overall, apartment was clean, but beginning for some new blinds and a fresh count of paint and flooring.Ice maker inoperative on fridge.Dripping noises from HVAC in guest bedroom. (Bring earplugs)No wash cloths provided in either bathroomNo directions to property once inside the gated area. (Would have made it much easier when arriving after dark)Provide a 24hr number for emergency needs. Our digital keypad locked us out and it took over an hour to get it reprogrammed remotely. Poor responses.
