Comfortable in every way

Just what we were looking for, to visit nearby friends. Clean, fresh, quiet. Very well stocked on all fronts: kitchen, play, pool, toiletries, etc. If/when we repeat a visit to the area, we certainly will return to this home.

Awesome rental property

The house was very clean and had a lot of amenities.The pool was clean and refreshing and the location was perfect. A very quiet neighborhood with restaurants and supermarkets close by.

Awesome property

Beautiful, extremely clean property with an excellent host. I now know what a Superhost is and David was the epitome of helpfulness with an almost supernatural attention to detail. The location was perfect for dining and visiting family. We will definitely stay here again. Words cannot describe how happy we were with our stay.

Great location anything in Phoenix!

Besides a great location on the golf course, it was much more spacious than expected. Access to a small park and basketball court less than a block away. Perfect for us. Decor was over the top nice. We enjoyed it here very much.

Impressed with cleanliness of property and how well it was stocked with condiments, including a bottle of wine. This house is very well located - great walks and hikes, pre season baseball and golf.You need to change your amenities comments regarding the Legends at Arrowhead golf course - it is now strictly private as of 2/1/2025. I enjoyed my stay so much that I have already re-booked for next year.

Spring training and golf getaway

We had a great trip! The home is as pictured - nicely updated, very clean, well equipped, and in a great location for some Padres Spring Training baseball games. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. We went to a few of the restaurants recommended in the info at the house and they were excellent. Our only wish would be to have a heated pool that we could have used - the water was just too chilly for a swim.
