This was the perfect house for our "sisters' trip" to Phoenix. The location was great! The house was clean and comfortable, with outstanding amenities that met all of our needs. The pool was a blessing on the days of 110 during our stay. Dave was always responsive to any questions we had and communicated clearly always.I would highly recommend this house to all on your next visit to the Phoenix area, but please not on the days we will want to book it on our next trip, because we will be back! :-)Thank you Dave for your clear communication from beginning to end! You have a true gem there!

First AZ Trip

This trip was the BEST trip one could hope for! It means a lot to me to be able to travel with my family, and we save/budget for a long time to be able to do it. This property was incredibly comfortable and the home layout/cleanliness/amenities were OUTSTANDING! It really was a dream vacation and we were able to do so much: Grand Canyon, Sedona, Route 66, Jewel of the Creek Trail, Saguaro Lake Trail at Butcher Jones, ATVs through the desert…and so much more! This property has it all! We even played basketball at the park just steps away from the property and walked to the overpass bridge that goes over the nearby highway. Definitely no shortage of things to do! Thank you so much for sharing this amazing property!

Spring training and golf getaway

We had a great trip! The home is as pictured - nicely updated, very clean, well equipped, and in a great location for some Padres Spring Training baseball games. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. We went to a few of the restaurants recommended in the info at the house and they were excellent. Our only wish would be to have a heated pool that we could have used - the water was just too chilly for a swim.

Impressed with cleanliness of property and how well it was stocked with condiments, including a bottle of wine. This house is very well located - great walks and hikes, pre season baseball and golf.You need to change your amenities comments regarding the Legends at Arrowhead golf course - it is now strictly private as of 2/1/2025. I enjoyed my stay so much that I have already re-booked for next year.

Great location anything in Phoenix!

Besides a great location on the golf course, it was much more spacious than expected. Access to a small park and basketball court less than a block away. Perfect for us. Decor was over the top nice. We enjoyed it here very much.

Awesome property

Beautiful, extremely clean property with an excellent host. I now know what a Superhost is and David was the epitome of helpfulness with an almost supernatural attention to detail. The location was perfect for dining and visiting family. We will definitely stay here again. Words cannot describe how happy we were with our stay.
