    This is a Beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath townhome with vaulted ceilings located in a very quiet East Mesa community. Walking distance to Safeway grocery store, restaurants, Starbucks, Target, and many other stores. A short distance to lots of hiking and biking trails in and near the Superstition Mountains. 20 minutes to the Saguaro Lake. Take the family tubing down the salt River. 20 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport.

    The home has everything you need - just show up with your suitcase of personal items. The kitchen is heavily stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, and cookware. Don't be afraid to stay in and cook a night at home. There is also a full size grill on the patio along with 2 tables that seat a total of 8, if you are looking to enjoy the beautiful Arizona warm weather.

    Plenty of clean towels and bed sheets for everyone! There is a full size washer/dryer free of charge to minimize your suitcase size or do some washing before you head home.

    The heated community pool and hot tub are just around the corner from this unit. Grab some pool towels that are provided and walk over.

    This is a great property that does not disappoint! I own/manage several more units in this complex to accommodate smaller and larger groups.

    This home is located near the Superstition Mountains and Red Mountain areas. Close to hiking and trails, golf, lakes, parks, shopping, freeways, and about 25 minutes from Sky harbor Airport and Gateway Airports. There is a multi-generational facility within walking distance as well. The library is about a 5 minute drive.

    ***Please inquire if interested in a unit in the Mesa area as I have several in the area. I am available most of the time and very responsive to questions. Please reach out if need any special accommodations for your stay. I am more than willing to try to help you have the best vacation of your life!

A home away from home

My family and I had a wonderful time and felt at home. The location, the home itself and pool access were wonderful and the property owner was so nice and promptly communicated with us. My family would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We loved the location (very close to restaurants and Safeway) and the heated pool. House had a great floor plan and patio. Hostess responded quickly. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. Furniture was older. Place was well-stocked but could use more wash clothes and cereal bowls.

The location is great and the amenities were everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool which is within close walking distance and there is plenty to do in the area. We will definitely book this home again.

Clean, Quiet and Comfortable

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. From the moment we entered the front door, we knew we had made a good choice. When we had questions, Deanna promptly returned our call. We will absolutely stay here the next time we are in Mesa.

Perfect for our needs.

Directions, and check in was a easy. The property was very clean and perfect for us. It was a short stay for a family funeral so we didn't spend a lot of time at the property or make use of the pool or other amenities. The location was great. We appreciated how close a grocery store and resturant options were.

A perfect home for your get away!

This is a very nice well maintained, clean, and well stocked townhouse. A good location in central Mesa.A short walk to the pool that is heated to 78 degrees in the winter months. The neighborhood is quite, and you will not be disappointed.

Absolutely recommend this property in a quiet neighborhood! Restaurants and Market near by fully furnished with a property manager who is very friendly and responsive my first time using this app and I will definitely be using it again thank you Deanna for your great hospitality!!!

Lovely Accommodations

This house was PERFECT for us! Clean, clean, clean! Well stocked kitchen, comfortable space, nice decor and "Oh, so comfortable master-bed". (no one stayed with us, but I assume the other beds were just as nice). We will be back, for sure!!

Summary

Set up was great for 2 couples. I had to contact Deanna to actually get into the house, but that process was fast and easy. Real close to pool, short walk or parking area there. Quiet neighborhood but close to commercial area. Cute little patio - outside lights need bulbs. Washer and dryer worked with no issues. Would stay here again.

We loved our vacation here.

We stayed for 4 weeks here and enjoyed it very much. It is a modern townhome with everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need. It is in a great location in East Mesa. The outside patio faces the south, so it warms nicely in the winter months. The swimming pool is a short walk and is heated to 78 degrees year-round along with a hot tub.

nice house and plenty of room

loved it had 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and nice patio. large kitchen with all the utensils, pots, pans, plates and glasses, everything you needed. large garage to park your vehicle. grocery store and eating places were close by and every where we went it was easy to come back to the house. I give this a A rating would rent from her again

Awesome location in Mesa

Beautiful property that is very clean and well-equipped. The neighborhood is small and quaint and very quiet. Also in walking distance from Safeway, Target, and many different restaurants. We also loved using the community pool. This is a great place. Note, the address is for the community. Check the unit number to find the exact location.
