This house is great for multi-family stays. The bedrooms are split into 4 different areas giving each family privacy when needed. Plenty of bathrooms to go with the bedrooms. This appears to be strictly a rental home and could use some TLC but overall we had a great stay and the home was clean. I did pay to have the pool heated (December) and it was nice and warm. We also liked the location. My negative is that I asked about departing a couple hours late as one family with small children had a later departing flight and was told we had to pay 500 or leave by 10a. They also give you a fairly long list of things to do on departure. Take out the trash, strip beds, start a load of laundry, start the dishwasher, etc. Not a big deal, but other homes I have rented in this price range, did not ask us to do anything upon departure. And, quite honestly, it is a hassle when you have to be out by 10a.Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

It was a great experience would do it again. Your host was communicating via message and provided a positive vibe and experience. We were spending my moms 60th birthday there and they brought decor and cupcakes which my the experience better. My family and I want to book again.

I booked this property for a recent team retreat. Our group found the property clean, well-laid out for a group of 8 business colleagues, and our interactions with the property management team were great. We only wished we had booked more time so we could have enjoyed all of the property's amazing amenities.

Property was good, met expectations. Would recommend. Property management was communicative, clear and responsive. The oven exhaust hood was missing some knobs, and we contacted them and they came and replaced after a few hours.We went for a bachelor party, and used all of the backyard sports. The basketballs were old, deflated and we asked if we could get a new one and they supplied, which was very much appreciated. Pickleball set was for 4. Very fun.The speakers outside and in the kitchen were not working. Would have liked those to be working. The theatre room worked great though. Pool and hot tub have timers for some of the operations like lights and bubbles. Would have been better if they were longer than 30 minutes. Plenty of parking.Plenty of restaurants, shopping, groceries were about 15 mins south.

Wonderful property

The property accommodates big families. We celebrated my 70 th birthday. There is so much to do and lots of space. There was only one tea towel for a house that hold 23. We loved our time at this house.

Our family of 13 had a fabulous visit in this home!! There was plenty of room for all to spread out and have their own space and then there was the pool, deck and hot tub for all to gather around!! We found wonderful restaurants to eat in and carry out. All in all a fantastic vacation!!

Great place

We used the house for 12 golfers and loved it. It is centrally located, great pool and hot tub, and house is set up for central gathering over meals and drinks. We loved the layout. Managment very responsive if we had any problems, but there were none.

Family vacation 2025

This was our first time in Arizona as well as our first stay at a VRBO. We had an amazing time. We had 10 adults and 6 grandchildren. This home was a delight! Exactly as shown online. We can’t wait to come back for another family vacation.

We all enjoyed our stay at the property! Everyone had plenty of space. It was comfortable, clean and had plenty of amenities. We especially enjoyed the pool, hot tub, basketball and pickleball court.

Amazing house for large families

We had a fabulous stay here with tons of space for our large family vacation! We loved the heated pool and sport court out back! Used them daily during our visit. The house was clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable too. I highly recommend this house if you’re looking for a place to stay that feels private but is still close to the stores. Our host was very thoughtful and accommodating! Would definitely stay here again! Everyone raved about the house.

Family Gathering

The property was as described. It fit our family of 21 with ages from 3 to 86 with activities for everyone.Sydney came and walked us through the workings of the house. There were a few minor things things during our week that needed attention abd a call to Sydney was all it took to get it rectifird. Very pleased!

Family Reunion

We had a great family reunion for 18 adults at the house. The outdoor area was amazing, with lots of seating, beautiful pool and hot tub, basketball court, and outdoor tvs. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for our big family meals. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. Great house we would highly recommend!

Beautiful home in private neighborhood

Hosted college girlfriends for a weekend. Each woman had private bedroom and bath, and we enjoyed the communal space and gorgeous outdoor areas. Property and amenities were very clean. I will definitely consider this property for future use.

The home was amazing! The outdoor space was spacious and had so many amenities. Inside of the home was gorgeous and beautifully appointed. We had more than enough space for myself and my team of 9. The kitchen was enormous! The best part was the customer service from check in to check out. 5 stars is not enough! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Bachelorette weekend

We had a group of 15 women who travelled to Scottsdale for a Bachelorette weekend. The house was AMAZING and we had a wonderful weekend! Sydney, who was our point of contact for the house, was tremendous and so easy to work with and answered any questions we had in a very timely manner. We loved the house and would definitely use it again if headed back to Scottsdale. Thank you!

Perfect family retreat

We were in town for a family reunion and this home suited our 4 families perfectly. We had enough room to spread out and were still under the same roof to come together. The kids enjoyed the pool and sport court immensely. Sydney made sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen was perfect for hosting large meals. We had the best time and would choose this house over again!

Great Spot!

Excellent house for golf trip with 9 friends. Close to courses and well maintained accommodations. Plenty of space with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Property management team was great.
