The house was spacious and pretty clean although slightly dated/needing some updates. Grill didn't work, management company wasn't the best to deal with. Instead of calling us and fixing it they sent us an email stating they could fix it next week, which they did end up doing. Thermostat in the main bedroom didn't work so that probably needs to be looked at. The management company charged us a late checkout fee for an extra 1.5 hours because the cost was for "extra cleaners" but ironically they didn't contact us again with other fees until another week went by.The management company is now contacting us about "missing" items and as of writing this we still don't know if they are charging us extra fees for the so-called missing items (which we have no idea what they are talking about). TLDR: liked the house but not the management company.
