Beautiful place to stay, very spacious and comfortable. Everyone, including the kids, loved the beds. The house was spotless, and the decor made it feel like a true home rather than just a rental. We’ve already recommended it to friends and family. The planes in the area can be a bit noisy, but that’s no fault of the property. The owners were great to communicate with and made everything easy.

The house was clean and smelled amazing when we arrived. The backyard is a dream! We hardly left the house because the backyard was so fun to spend time in. We were visiting family in the area and having them come spend time with us was amazing. The beds were comfortable, the house was one of the best stocked ones we’ve ever stayed in. We will be returning to this location next visit!

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this house. It’s perfect !Well laid out home both inside and out with the most comfortable beds! Both times Shannon accommodated early check ins and we’re encouraged to ask if we need anything during our stay. The backyard is gorgeous. Wonderful heated pool and hot tub and nice bbq’s! The home and yard are super clean. We’ll definitely stay again when we’re back in Phoenix.

Excellent house for a family of 4 with room to spare. Could walk around the quiet neighborhood or go stores close by for groceries. Great location to many golf courses which is was our main draw. Heated pool was perfect and the hot tub was great for the evenings after a day on the course. Many outdoor sitting areas with shady spots and full sun, TV outdoors, and terrific grill set up. We thought the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the laundry (plus soap!) was convenient. This house was a great base for our spring break adventures.

The house was nice and spacious! Amenities were as described. Pool was a decent size, plenty of covered patio space. TONS of pool towels, plenty of floaters and kids life jackets plus corn hole and “axe” throwing. So much “entertaining “ space out back so that we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Also plenty of seating indoors. Appreciated the small hidden living room space at the front of the house ; our adult children were able to hang out there and not have to be with us older folks or the baby. Also, there were multiple HAVC zones throughout the house which worked well to accommodate everyone’s needs.Very quiet neighborhood with lots of shopping and food just minutes away. Communication with the host was excellent; super fast response time. Thankful for the early check in. Definitely adding this to our “must stay” places whenever we’re in town!
