Comfortable stay

Enjoyed many things Phoenix and the surrounding area had to offer and it was always a lovely place to come back to. Hot tub was great and very relaxing. Pool was cold which made for great afternoon dips.

Great home for Phoenix stay

The home is well maintained and very clean, with comfortable furniture and beds. The yard is very relaxing and morning pool floats were terrific. The neighborhood was close enough for us to get to ASU events quickly and with very little to no traffic.

Thanksgiving stay

Very nice house with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, pool and jacuzzi. The location is great with everything you could want within a 10 minute drive. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing property

Beautiful backyard, very relaxing. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Convenient location. Plenty of room and very comfortable for a family of 4. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Great place to stay!!

Very comfortable and felt like an oasis. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Hot tub was really nice!! Had trouble connecting to the WiFi, and no reply on the host app. Would stay here again.

House and neighborhood were great. Went to spring training games, hiked, and opening day baseball at Chase Field. Great location, most things we did you could get to in less than 30 mins. House had everything we need for a great spring break trip. Backyard was amazing and we loved relaxing there. We had one question during our trip and Brandon answered it immediately. Would stay here again and highly recommend this place.

Amazing Stay

The house was super clean and functional. It fulfilled our needs as a family. Brandon was quick to reply to any questions, and even followed up with a phone call to check in. This was the perfect property for us to stay in as first time VRBO users and for the first family vacation we’ve taken that wasn’t to visit family. All shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and fun family activities were super close. Thank you so much for the hospitality! We would definitely stay again, and recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Phoenix.

Nice Home

We had a great stay at Awe-Inspiring Arizona Getaway w/ Backyard Oasis. Everything was as advertised. The family really enjoyed our time there. We will definitely be back when the pool isn't so cold. But we did enjoy the hot tub in the evenings. Found a couple of local restaurants that were quite good as well. Thanks, Glenn

Snow day

House was great. Went to Yarnell to hike to the firefighter memorial and there was snow. Went to Tombstone for the day and it snowed. The weather surprised us, but the house was just what we expected.

Spring Break Retreat

Wonderful stay. We visited for our spring break trip with 2 kids 11 and 13. Quiet subdivision. Enjoyed the washer and dryer, comfortable room set up and beautiful back yard including hot tub. I was happy to discover that the house was within a mile of a local burn boot camp! Ahwatukee offers lots of shopping and dining options. We also drove to a local - warpaint hiking trail and that provided nice morning walks.

Wonderful place

Overall, it was a wonderful place. Very comfy and mostly well appointed. We had some people over for a luncheon and the size was perfect. The outdoor space was really nice and we really enjoyed our stay. My minor “complaint”, was that there were no dish towels. Just some constructive feedback for the owner is to have some tea towels. It’s hard to wash dishes and clean up after you cooked when you can’t dry your hands when we come back to visit our daughter at ASU, we will certainly look to stay here again.

Phoenix getaway

The house was very comfortable and clean. The backyard was an oasis. Our stay revolved around our grandson’s graduation from ASU. This house was a quick 10 minute walk from their home, making it an ideal find. My only disappointments were the lack of a functioning ice maker in the refrigerator and the lack of sturdy lounge chairs by the beautiful pool ( there was 1 and it was ready to break). We would have loved to enjoy our morning coffee and a night time drink lounging by the pool. Please buy some sturdy lounge chairs for the next couple/family who rent this home. Overall, we were pleased and would not hesitate to use Evolve again

Beautiful property, beware of hot tub

We've stayed at this property before, so were really looking forward to this visit. The grounds and interior are very nicely kept up, and overall this is a great house. To our shock, the hot tub wasn't properly treated and 100% of our family who went in the tub contracted Pontiac Fever from inhaled Legionella bacteria. Those who didn't go in the hot tub were fine, and everyone who went in was sick, and according to the urgent care doc this was the cause. This knocked us out for a full 2 days of our vacation. Last time we were there (2022) the hot tub was so over-treated it bleached our swimwear, so I'd stay out of the hot tub unless owner can get the maintenance/upkeep sorted out. Also, pool heater was broken and flashing errors, so pool water was pretty cold for everyone but the young kids.

Family vacation in AZ

The house was in a great location for what we needed. We had 4 adults and 2 kids. Owners provided a pack and play for our infant. The property was spacious and clean. The pool was on the cold side, it looked like it could be heated? Also, there are a lot trees providing shade for the pool and adjacent area, but those trees dropped a lot of debris into the pool. There was no pool skimmer for us to use to clean it out. A pool cleaner did come one night, but we were not notified they would come until we saw someone in the backyard. We offered him a beer, he declined. There was a fountain in the pool that worked the first night and the rest of the time it did not. The hot tub was nice to use after getting out of the cold pool. Having the garage available would have been nice, but the door to it was locked. The dryer also worked sporadically but was nice to be able to do laundry when traveling with children.

Phoenix vacay

House was perfect for what we needed. Only downfalls we’re non heated pool which was not stated in the listing, the pool is 90% covered by shade during peak swim so with a non heated pool and not being at the peak of summer you will be cold. Knowing this now we would not book again as a pool was the main attraction for my family and because of the cold water and shade we did not go in very much. Keep that in mind when booking. Next time we will find a heated pool and pay fees because it’s worth it.
