Key Access Issues: Despite the check-in time being 4:00 PM, I was unable to access the property upon arrival. There was no key available for me, and I had to wait because the cleaning crew still had it. This is incredibly inconvenient and frustrating, especially considering the strict 10:00 AM check-out policy and the high fee associated with it.
Cleanliness Concerns: Upon entering the apartment, it was clear that it had not been adequately cleaned. The bed had hair on it, and there were visible crumbs in the cabinets. The doors, cabinets, and knobs appeared neglected, and the overall condition of the space was far from what I expected. I am especially concerned given the reviews that claim the property is “clean” – this was clearly not the case.
Health and Safety Concerns: I found mold on the napkins, blinds, and other decor. This is not only unpleasant but raises health concerns, especially with children present.
Malfunctioning Key Fob: After finally entering the unit, I was then locked out of the complex when the key fob did not work. I was unable to gain access until my daughter stayed behind and helped me out. This level of inconvenience is unacceptable, especially when I had already reached out to the contact number provided without receiving a response.
This entire experience has been extremely disappointing
