We stayed for 4 nights. On Day 2, the hot tub drained itself. We emailed that day but received no response. On Day 3, we sent a text and did receive a reply, and it was fixed that day. However, it had to refill and reheat, so could only use it late in the evening our last night there. We asked if the hot tub heating fee could be reduced since we only used it on the first night and late the last night, but the owner declined, stating it was fixed the same day it was reported via text. While that’s true, there was no response to our initial email on Day 2, which delayed the repair that was done on Day 3. We feel a partial refund would have been fair given the situation.
