Nestled in the heart of Scottsdale, within a small private community, this 4,350-square-foot masterpiece is a true sanctuary with many features to enjoy. Please read on for details.

    Step into a world of sophistication and tranquility as the soft contemporary style and clean lines blend harmoniously with the natural surroundings. With beautiful glass work, elegant lighting fixtures, and an open concept great room floor plan, the home's design is a celebration of light and space. Quality reigns throughout this home, from the high quality mattresses and linens to the audio video system and everything in between.

    A chef's dream, the kitchen boasts a serving bar, butler's pantry, and beautiful custom cabinetry. Subzero refrigeration includes an extra large refrigerator as well as cooling drawers below exquisite granite counters, perfect for your wine or other beverages. There are also appliances by Dacor, including a warming drawer, double convection ovens, and gas range that is topped only by its 5 foot solid copper exhaust hood. This kitchen is a central hub for culinary delights.

    Right next to the dining and living areas, 9 foot tall sliding glass doors disappear into the walls, opening a 23 foot wide space for seamless indoor outdoor living. The 1200 square foot covered portion of the patio includes comfortable furniture, a large smart HDTV, a built-in Dacor grill, granite counters, and an under-counter fridge. The pool is quite large and features 6 deck mounted sprinklers, 3 waterfalls, and lighting that changes color to match your mood. The adjoining hot tub is surrounded by a sunbathing deck and your private zen-like garden of a backyard. Enjoy views of Camelback Mountain and the sounds of rushing water all day, then fire up one or both of the two outdoor fireplaces for evening ambiance.

    At this home, the outdoor and indoor living space is better defined as a living large space. There's no problem getting everyone together in any one room, other than getting everyone to stop enjoying all of the other parts of this property. But if you want to gather together, the primary living room offers comfortable seating for the whole group and with the large smart HDTV mounted right above the warm gas fireplace, it's an idyllic place to enjoy good company. The stunning chandelier over the living room area is matched by another over the indoor dining area, which seats 8 people in comfort and style, with matching bar height chairs at the kitchen's massive island. There is also a secondary indoor dining area off the living room which connects to the kitchen area through the butler's pantry and bar. This room is the perfect spot for some cards or board games.

    When it's time to rest & rejuvenate, head to the primary bedroom suite, where luxury knows no bounds. Its 12 foot tray ceilings and the generally extra large dimensions of this room can even make the King bed look small. You can lounge with a book on the full size sofa, enjoy Camelback mountain views or the Smart HDTV from bed, or step directly outside to have a dip in the pool or hot tub. This bedroom has an ensuite bath that feels like your very own private spa. Opposing dual vanities eliminate any possibility of competition for counter space while the opposing mirrors create an infinite space illusion. The massive bathtub is a true centerpiece that fills from a faucet in the ceiling, high above. The shower has two entrances and two shower heads as well. What a treat, to call this suite your bedroom.

    Bedroom 2 may actually be considered preferable to Bedroom 1, by some. Bedroom 2 is actually a "Casita", or "mother in law" suite. This bedroom suite is quite large, and feels even larger thanks to it's high ceilings. You'll have a Queen size bed, two loveseats, a wall mounted HDTV, a wet bar with mini-fridge, and a beautiful private bathroom. This casita suite is a very private space that does not share any walls with the rest of the home. The roof of the home extends from the main house, across most of the patio, and the casita. So, in the unlikely event of a rain shower, the guests staying in the casita will have no problem going back and forth to their bedroom. Also, the casita suite is literally right next to the pool area, so this suite is one that your group might have to flip coins over.

    Bedroom 3 features another King size bed, a walk-in closet, smart HDTV, direct access to the garden, and its own private bathroom, which includes a large walk-in shower with bench and a lovely vanity with wall mounted faucet. The custom tile creates a very coherent style and decor throughout this bathroom. Bedroom 4 is yet another suite. This bedroom features a Queen size bed, a walk-in closet, smart HDTV, direct access to the pool deck, and its own private bathroom. The bathroom features a vessel sink and tumbled travertine tile that beautifully encapsulates the bathtub, shower and vanity areas. Bedroom 5 doubles as a private office. This room has a desk as well as sleeper sofat that is ideal for kids or perhaps a single adult. Unlike the first 3 bedrooms, this bedroom / office does not have its own full ensuite bathroom, but it is right next to the very large half bathroom, which has more than enough counter space for personal items.

    This is a single level home that is handicap accessible. It's also a smart home, featuring the Savant system to ensure smooth and easy control of the lighting, audio, and more. An in-home ipad offers access and control for whatever you need. This includes security cameras to provide you with peace of mind, or simply the fun ability to say hi to your guests by name when they buzz you from the entry gate.

    When you choose this vacation home, you get to indulge in the finer things in life.     ** Pool and hot tub heating is optional and available for an additional fee. The cost is $150 per night to heat both the pool and hot tub, $100 per night to heat just the pool, and $50 per night for the hot tub only. Pool heating must be booked for the entire length of your stay, while hot tub heating can be more flexible. We require at least 7 days' notice before check-in for any heating requests, and a short form will be sent prior to your arrival to confirm your preferences.
    ** Rental Agreements, Security Deposits, Rental Requirements - All hotels and rental properties have some rules and are subject to some amount of laws or regulations. Please look for and review any Rental Agreement terms, House Rules, and or Terms and Conditions presented during the online booking process. After booking, a Vacation Rental Agreement will be provided. All guests are required to sign the agreement within 72 hours of booking, and prior to occupying the property. Background checks may be performed, and in some areas are required by local law. Guests may be required to provide a credit card and or a refundable security/damage deposit.     ** Amenities - Some private or shared amenities may not be available for guest use during certain periods.     ** Group Sizes, High Occupancy Fees, & Maximum Occupancy - Some properties use a “High Occupancy Fee” to “raise the rate” for larger groups, and are thus able to list a lower nightly rate for smaller groups. Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking.     ** Video & Noise Monitoring - Please note that noise monitoring devices, and security cameras, do exist on the exterior of the property. Cameras are positioned to cover all entrances and exits of the home. Cameras are present to ensure the property remains secure and safe, as well as to ensure that guests are honest and upfront about their planned use of the property. If you plan to bring more people than you've indicated, more dogs than indicated, to host a party or event, or do not intend to respect neighbors or the value and quality of the property, then this is not the place for you, and you should not book the property. For normal, respectful groups, we are sorry that these statements and measures are necessary. Security cameras and noise monitoring devices are an example and demonstration that the property's owners are taking steps to ensure the home remains available for rental, and in good condition, for your benefit.     ** Cleaning Fees & Lengthy Rental Periods - The standard cleaning fee quoted as part of any booking is for the final cleaning, which is to be performed after the rental period has ended. For guests who are booking a lengthy stay of more than one week, a mid stay-cleaning fee equal to the final cleaning fee may apply for the second week, third week, and so on. If you are booking for a lengthy stay, please contact us before booking online to discuss your group, your dates, the rates, the cleaning schedule, etc.
