¡Bienvenido a casa! Si amas la privacidad, ¡toda la casa es tuya! 3 dormitorios, 2 baños, 1466 pies cuadrados. Luminoso y espacioso salón familiar, comedor y cocina. El dormitorio principal es grande y relajante con HD Smart TV. El dormitorio 2 tiene una cómoda reina y el tercer dormitorio está configurado como una oficina (con un colchón de aire Queen de calidad si es necesario). WiFi disponible. El patio trasero con césped invita a los niños, las mascotas o simplemente a tomar el sol de Arizona. Cerca de tiendas, restaurantes, eventos deportivos y eventos culturales.

Esta casa es una propiedad de uso exclusivo, no nuestra residencia. Extiende a todos entre las 3 habitaciones. Azulejos en toda la casa, excepto alfombras nuevas en todas las habitaciones. Recién pintado y listo para impresionar. El cómodo sofá de cuero de alta calidad y el loveseat en la sala invitan a relajarse. Vajilla para 6 y una cocina completa. Olla de barro disponible bajo petición. Ducha a ras de suelo más bañera separada en Master BR. Bañera / ducha en baño de visitas.

Great overall experience. Place was perfect for our needs. Good communication with the host. It is spacious and has everything we need to enjoy Gilbert. The location is fantastic - close to parks and biking trails. The host had clear instructions to check in and out and listed the amenities nearby. I loved the water pressure! Again, I would absolutely stay there in the future.

Great place in a nice quiet neighborhood surrounded by restaurants and shopping! Nicely decorated without a lot of clutter! I always appreciate that because it leaves room for our stuff in the kitchen and bathrooms. Labels on switches were very helpful!

The house was immaculate very roomy and equipped with the essentials. The neighborhood was a very quiet and the neighbor is quite friendly. The ad was just a little misleading in In Expedia in the pictures they showed of the amenities the pool the clubhouse, and those amenity all came at an extra cost, which wasn’t quite properly advertised Kevin was very apologetic and the fact that he wasn’t aware that Expedia didn’t make it clear although when you go to the Verbo app, it gives you a better explanation. There is an extra charge. It all worked out and we had a blast if you do pay the extra charge to enjoy the clubhouse and all it has to offer. your trip will be amazing and I would definitely do it all over again.
There’s a really nice park half a block down the street from the house
My four year-old grandson took this picture as you can see. He was quite happy that there was cable.
This is the man-made pool at the clubhouse. It has a sandy beach and grass, which was very nice.
At the Sandy Beach lake they have a wonderful waterfall the staircase that leads up to a nice gazebo overlooking the whole area

Cute & clean

Check in was a breeze, house was clean & Kevin is quick to respond to any communication. They were doing road work during our stay which made getting in & out a little bumpy & the construction noise in the morning was a lot but that is nothing against the house. I will rent from Kevin again the next time we’re in town for the next family event.

We came down to AZ to celebrate ASU graduation. Kevin was absolutely amazing. He was quick to communicate, gave great recommendations (and I agree 100% with eating at Nando’s) and the house was exactly what we needed. Next time we come down to AZ we will certainly rent from Kevin again.

Nice and easy

We found this home to be comfortable. The owner made check in extremely easy. The only issue we had were the two large piles of garbage on either side of the driveway. These made it difficult to get in and out and also looked horrible. The toaster and hair dryer should also replaced.

A Wonderful Stay

The house was well-stocked, huge, and comfy. It had everything my family needed for our stay in the Phoenix area. Check-in was a breeze, communication with the property owner was easy, and we had no issues with any items. We'd love to stay here again!
