When I booked the house, I told the host I was bringing 4 grandchildren who were excited to have a pool. She told me to let her know if I wanted the pool heater turned on as it was an extra cost. When I informed her a week before our arrival I wanted the pool heater turned on, she informed me this pool didn't have a heater!! the first 4 days of our stay they couldn't swim because the water was so cold. Also, no remote control for the main tv in the family room. They told me to try 12 remote controls laying in a drawer! I asked them to come and fix it but they wanted me to. Then they sent another remote control through amazon to the house and wanted me to set it up!! They sent the wrong one. 3 days without the TV until they finally sent a tech who had to go to Walmart to get the correct remote control. He left at 11:30 PM getting this tv hooked up. They don't like to call a maintenance person, they will ask YOU to try and fix it. Doorpad quit working and once again, they wanted ME to see if I could replace the batteries. I got to the point that I told them no, my husband and I spent so many hours on the stupid TV we were fed up by then!
