We had a group of 12 that stayed here for 4 nights for a guys golf trip. The house was absolutely perfect. Plenty of beds for everyone. Tons of room inside and out to relax. Great location, close to groceries. All the courses we played were within a short drive. Keith was a fantastic host. We were in constant communication. He couldn't have been more accommodating at check in. We are already making plans to return with our families. We were all so pleased with our stay at this house!

What a great house to stay in. Everything you need is there. We had a family golf trip for five days, and stayed at the property, what a amzing place to stay at. There was eight of us, and all eight of us had a amzing time at the property. Thanks again

We had an amazing stay here. The house was so big and so well set up that we ended up calling it “the compound” all weekend. It truly had everything we needed, including a game room, basketball courts, and mini golf. It felt like a big kid and little kid paradise.What really stood out was the attention to detail. Every time we needed something, it was already there, either in a drawer or sitting exactly where you would expect it to be. The place was clean, organized, and clearly very well cared for.The host was excellent throughout the entire stay. Communication was easy and responsive, and anytime I had a question he picked up the phone or got back to me right away. That made a big difference, especially with a larger group.We used the house for a bachelor party and it was perfect, but this place would work just as well for families or any large group. I even showed photos to my family afterward and they thought it looked amazing. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend both the property and the host!

We had a big crowd and all had a blast. The property is centrally located and super convenient to shopping, airports and other activities and attractions. Super great communication and accommodating for us needing an early check in! We loved the property with so much to do, the pool and hot tub were great and the kitchen was well stocked. The boys say the putting greens are excellent. The back party pad is epic. We watched so many sports we had overload!! Ha. Thanks

We enjoyed celebrating my husband's 80th birthday with the whole family. The house was large enough to accommodate all 25 of us. The backyard is huge, and everyone enjoyed the game room.

We 22 disabled participants and 8 staff for an annual weekend event. The hoyse met all our needs and succeed our expectations. The kitchen had everything we needs to feed a large group. And there were plenty of activities indoor and out to keep everybody occupied. We do two or three of these events a year and we would definitely use this house in the future.

I cannot say enough, good things about this property and the host! First, the property… It’s exactly as advertised, well, probably even better. When they say it’s a compound they are not kidding. You seriously can come & not leave the property for the entire stay there is so much to do. They have hundreds of board games, the game room full of every fun game you can think of, beer pong, cornhole, basketball, putting, fire pit, gym & of course the pool/hot tub- endless things to do! If you do need to leave the house, the house is located in a great location in a very central part of town that is pretty much 20 minutes from everything you would want to do in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area. There are many great restaurants & things you need just five minutes down the road including Costco and Target The house came extremely well equipped for a VRBO with literally everything you could need & more & extra everything from paper towels and toilet paper to garbage bags -you name it the house had it all including Band-Aids Now you can’t stay at this property without talking about the host. Seriously, he bent over backwards to accommodate us! He was super responsive. I booked this property months in advance & texted him multiple times with questions & he always responded almost instantly. Any request I had he was willing to accommodate. I’ve never had a host be so accommodating. He let us check in eight hours early and didn’t charge us a dime. Amazing to work with!

Great place for a family reunion with kids. We had plenty of space and a lot of games to choose from. We had 21 in our party and we were able to accommodate all families with the room and beds. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and serving plates and platters- perfect for a party. Also plenty of linen. Would stay here again and Keith was very welcoming and easy to work with.
