Great condo and great location. Spent about three weeks there and the condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The area is very quite and the facilities like the fitness center, courts, pools and grilling area made the stay even better. Easy check in and check our process and all communication with the owner was fast. The condo is very clean. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it.

Great condo - well appointed

This condo is perfectly set up with a full kitchen, pool towels and some extra pillows. Easy location in north Scottsdale. The ac is loud in this property, so be aware if you are a light sleeper.

Best Stay Ever!

This is my 12th winter spent in an Arizona VRBO property and by far my absolute favorite. The property was located a great part of Scottsdale and the owners were friendly, responsive and went out of their way to make sure my stay was 1st class. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

Great Location & Accommodations

This location in Scottsdale was perfect. Close to the 101 for getting around, close to grocery store and many restaurants, great walking trail and quiet. I wondered about its proximity to the freeway as far as noise, but the location of this condo is enough away you don’t hear the traffic noise. The bed was comfortable—we slept great! Furniture in living room was comfortable and nice dining table. Nice kitchen appliances. Well stocked with paper products, laundry and dish soap, and hand soap. And a wonderful welcome bag of goodies. Overall, the best VRBO we’ve stayed at. We’ve stayed at a lot of properties and they have all been great, but this one is tops!! Thank you Bob.

The property is very conveniently located to the central phx/scottsdale area. There is access to some walking trails, pickleball courts, and pool and hot tub. The condo is comfortable and stocked well with needs for a longer stay. There was a welcome bag with snacks upon arrival. Hosts were responsive.

Beautiful condo!

The condo is beautifully decorated (felt just like home!) and was such a comfortable stay, the furniture was perfect and the whole place is kept up really well. There were little additions like bathroom toiletry items and a welcome bag that added a kind touch to the stay. The pool is next to the back patio and would be a perfect summer stay. The owner was quick to respond to questions. I highly suggest this place and would definitely stay here again for many reasons.

Perfect Scottsdale Getaway for Couples!

We had a wonderful stay at this property during our trip to Scottsdale last weekend. First trip away without the kiddos in 17 years! The home was exactly as described—beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. Bob, thought of everything: from a binder of things to do and local eats, down to small details like water bottles for outdoor use to plastic baggies and foil (always wearing the wife/mom hat)! The location was ideal, close to great restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities. Bob was responsive and accommodating, making check-in and communication seamless. We especially loved the pool area, which was a great retreat after a day of exploring. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others! It was a restorative weekend!

Most professionally presented home!

The location was fantastic! Close to everything, shopping, great restaurants, baseball and hospitals (if needed). The facility was roomy, clean and quiet. People we met on the pickleball courts were friendly. All in all A+ spot.

Loved our stay...

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. Great location, very safe and quiet. The condo is nice and clean, comfy bed, cozy living room as we binged on Netflix on the days it rained. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and we really didn't need a thing. Owners were very responsive and gave us some great suggestions. We love SCottsdale and we'll defintely be back again next year if i'ts available. Thank You!!

Bob and Kattie have paid attention to detail. We’ve stayed in VRBO’s for years and this is one of the cleanest by far. There’s nothing you’ll need but groceries and clothes.
