Perfect Getaway Spot

We had an absolute blast at this house. We come to AZ every spring for our kidos baseball, this is their last year before HS. The house was great for the 4 families. Each parent had a King Size bed and every family has their own full bath. The boys loved their bunk room and the girls loved theirs. The outdoor space is perfect. We had cornhole and pickleball tournaments every day. Be prepared to lose a bunch of balls to the neighbors house. The pool was perfect temp (paid to have it heated for March). Overall was a fantastic experience. Oh and Irvin the property manager was the best!!

Great Experience

My friends & I ventured to Scottsdale for a friend's trip. We had an absolute blast & this VRBO certainly added an additional charm to the trip. The house was incredible, super clean with plenty of room for activities. The PM team was outstanding, answering questions and providing almost instantaneous feedback. Our entire group thoroughly enjoyed the stay & can't wait until next time!

Great Stay for Large Group

Our family spent Christmas here and had a great time. There were 3 families kids, teens, and adults and everyone had plenty to do. We really enjoyed the backyard - spending lots of time in the pool and hot tub; enjoying the sport court, pickleball, and putting green; watching football on the outdoor TV - it was great having activities right there for us to enjoy. The kids were active the entire time. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of comfortable beds for everyone. The house is on a busy street, but we did not hear street noise so that did not bother us at all. We thoroughly enjoyed the large kitchen, family room, and backyard. We were close to plenty of things - shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, freeways - which made it super convenient. We wished there were more dressers especially in the bunk rooms, and ended up buying lightbulbs to soften the lighting in the house. But, these are easy things to fix and I provided the feedback. Overall, a great location for multiple families.

Big Chill Weekend

The house was great. A lot of really fun toys and play areas. We are all +70 year olds coming into Phoenix for our high school friend's Celebration of Life.....Big Chill. Had a great time, alot of laughs and the spectacular house fit us to a tee. The rental people were great and very helpful. Thank you.

Amazing Family Memories That Will Last Forever

The house and grounds were incredible. The check in was smooth. The pool was beautiful. The home was well appointed. We enjoyed use of the ping pong table, pool table and pickle ball court! Our contact person, Glenn, was fantastic. We had a couple of random questions during our stay and she was immediately available to help us out. She was also very friendly and helpful upon check in. I'd highly recommend this amazing place for your getaway!

Amazing property!!

We would highly recommend this property to anyone! The backyard was amazing and had so much for all to enjoy!! We can’t say enough about the pool, so relaxing and enjoyable, like your own private oasis! The home was immaculate and there was plenty of space for everyone to have their own privacy. Great home base in Scottsdale

We were in town for a dance competition. The house has a perfect set up to accommodate multiple families. We took full advantage of the pool to beat the heat. Loved every aspect. Even when we found the microwave wasn’t working, the owners quickly supplied a back-up microwave. This is a great location, and great communication with the owners.

Great home with lots of space and outdoor amenities

The house was very spacious for our group. We had 3 families, including children from 2-8 years old. We looked for a home that would have enough beds, baths, and outdoor activities and this house had it all. The outdoor space was amazing and we enjoyed hours outside. The property management group was very responsive to questions. We had requested pool heating and they checked it in the morning before our arrival and found out it wasn’t functioning so they fixed it right away and we were able to swim in a heated pool our entire stay. The home was clean but there were areas that hadn’t been cleaned as thoroughly and the carpets had a bit wear and tear but nothing that detracted from our enjoyment. The home is on a busy street but wasn’t too loud that we couldn’t sleep well nor did it wake up the kids. The home is close to many restaurants and parks. I’d definitely stay here again!

Great house, easy all around

Perfect for a group in Scottsdale for golf. Didn’t get to use the amenties as much as we wanted, but everything was great all around. One issue we had was back yard was flooded all weekend which make it pretty impossible to use the grass. And breaker for outdoor at.tv kept tripping. But we would definitely recommend to other groups staying

So Fun!

Booked Shea North Estates for a winter golf trip and it was perfect 👌🏼. Working with the property management team was a breeze and found them so accommodating . We used the pre but grocery service, which had all provisions setup in the house for upon arrival. Super spacious house, with fantastic amenities! Pool, slide and hot tub are really fun. Outdoor area is perfect with mini golf, tennis or pickle ball. In fact we played a little too much pickle ball, while grilling or around the pool….it’s very distracting and really fun. I would rent this property again without hesitation!
