Nice House, Medium Neighborhood, Missing a Few Key Things
Overall this is a nice house inside and out and the check-in/out was really easy and responsive. We had a few issues with the landscapers coming during the very early morning hours to trim the palm trees, but the host was responsive to the issues. The listing makes the home look larger than it is, but for 4 couples, it was enough space. A few things...Pros - Very nicely decorated, well-stocked kitchen, roomy inside, lots of sleeping options, nice outdoor space, and we really enjoyed the pool/pickleball courts/cold plunge.Cons - this home desperately needs dark curtains in all the rooms, not just the Primary. The AZ sun woke everyone up way too early and the house gets hot. Also, the Queen platform bedroom is really just a bed on the floor in a converted den. The room gets hot, is loud, and needs a bed frame. As is, it's only good for kids.As far as the neighborhood, it's very close to the Scottsdale airport which is nice, but does get some air traffic. It's not walkable really, but it is a close drive to grocery, liquor, & other stores.With a few issues fixed, we would stay here again, but not without curtains. We all need our beauty sleep!
