Scottsdale House

Great location and quiet neighborhood. The interior layout of the house is extremely nice and comfortable. The master bath rates a solid 10! The downfall of the property is its backyard. Filthy dirty with junk strewn around, unswept of rocks, old window screens and debris. Pool sweeper did not operate during my entire stay. Hot Tub cover is ratty and worn.... it should have been replaced years ago. I will stay there again if I get confirmation the backyard is adequately addressed.

Nice place, some issues

The place was great and as listed. The pool area was wonderful. The guest rooms were small but the master was fantastic. Our issues: - the internet and WiFi didn’t work. Someone hadn’t paid the bill (there was a notice on the door saying so). This sucked because it was a guys trip and we wanted to watch some games. - the door code kept not working. We got locked out a couple of times. They did answer when we called and helped us after about 20 min. At the time of this review I asked them for some sort of refund due to these issues and I have not heard back.

Pictures are deceiving

Floors and carpets filthy. Sliding door to patio needs to be replaced. Pool and patio area are were dirty, pool thermometer broken and thrown in flower bed. Patio lights didn't work. House needs interior and exterior maintenance.

Nice house - but needs some Love

This house is well suited for a family that can share just 2 bathrooms. House needs some TLC to get back in good order. Location is good for North Scottsdale Activities. Outdoor furniture and landscaping really in poor shape overall, needs replacement.

Convenient Location & Comfy Beds

We liked the location as it was really close to family we were visiting for the holiday. House was close to market and shopping. Decent size rooms with comfy beds and the kitchen had everything we needed. Host was responsive.

Beautiful Home

This home is perfect for families or friends staying together. The layout has lots of room to hang with others or get some privacy. I didn't think our group would use the pool table or foosball table, but those ended up being huge hits for us. The backyard is quiet and relaxing. We stayed in December so didn't use the pool but enjoyed the hot tub. Communication with the property manager was great. I would definitely rent this home again and recommend it.

Golfing Guys and the House

We stayed here during our annual golf trip. The house was in the middle of all the golf courses we play this past weekend. The house was clean and very comfortable. Had an awesome pool table to continue our gambling ways. We didn't use the pool or hot tub, but they both looked clean and enjoyable. The only thing that the house was lacking were steak knives. We would definitely stay here again.

Girls trip!

Really lovely home. We had a small issue with the shower and maintenance was there to fix it within 24 hours. First time in Arizona and I will definitely be back!
